Just found out I've been calorie cycling accidentally for months. I eat very clean but every 3 or 4 days I would eat a little bit more than usual, but work out an extra hr. It's done wonders. Thanks so much for the great tips. You're amazing.
ive been liftin weight heavy for 6-7 months now (barely cardio) but I want to cut down and get my body fat down, any tips on how to build/keep the muscle while still burn fat????
@jaydarenegade Don't get hung up in the "bulking/cutting" cycle. If you are building muscle with strength training, you will automatically burn fat too. Also, I never do long, boring steady pace cardio. I do high intensity intervals, especially hill sprints (there's a video here on my channel), which take less time and ramp up your own natural testosterone and HGH.
