I was on the circus.Those elephants are hurt and terrified all the time.They're so afraid they'll allow themselves to beaten because they know they'll be hurt worse if they fight back, until they can't stand it any more.And that's when the trainer or a circus fan pays with their life.It's hell for these animals.
