The fixtures are Epco CircleLine, and they can be used on any elevator brand. But this is a nice elevator.

Interesting elevator, and I feel that this is an original Westinghouse because of the fixtures. That MontgomeryKONE sticker is usually placed on elevators that they maintain regardless of the brand. I've seen sticker that on a few Dover elevators before. MontgomeryKONE could have changed the motor or something.
