for me, joja wendt is not only one of my favorite piano players, he seems to be really friendy, cool and nr. nice guy ;-) schöne grüße aus österreich :-)
In the industry GP is a house hold name, he has appeared on albums from Quincy and Michael Jackson, Anita Baker, Toto and the list goes on and on . . . true, to the general public he is not that well known but is on countless albums and has produced a good number of artists as well.
I did an interview with a friend of mine at Toto Network with Greg. Eddy and I had such a wonderful time with the questions and Greg answered every one of them. He is such a humble cat---very knowledgable, and one of my keyboard heroes. It takes me 2 hours warming up to reach a 10th....GAP does that just messin' around, easy. He's one of the greatest all-around players. Love this.
Rachmaninoff, Op.3, No.2 I played, but he sounds so good. That jazz is really hott. I might switch from classical to jazz or pop. Sounds really good, guys!
No matter if it is Steinway (New York or Hamburg), Kawai, Yamaha, Bosendorfer, Bechstein etc. when it's OUT OF TUNE (like these pianos) it sounds like the worst upright piano.
damn i love that short run at 1:17 just hits the spot every time. i wish i could play that well, i mean, i have the physical abiity, i have very fast hands, but my theory is lightyears behind these guys, awsome impro/add lib
Steinway is a great piano, but Bosendorfer far surpasses them ALL. How do I know? I had one. "Had" because I finally sold it bc it was just too good for my mediocre playing, and the action was too fast for my slow fingers. I can type 100 w/m, but can't play the piano that way; unfortunately.
Greg is not only one of the most talented keyboard players out there, but also one of the most generous and humble people I know. And he is exceptionally funny!

He was going to Vienna also.. .. so he was able to visit the Bosendorfen factory too!

geez, ny steinway was plenty good enough for vladimir horowitz. some people are just too fussy for all the wrong reasons.

Whoooa. Kinda makes you want to compose a song for 10 pianos. Crazy.
What I love about music for 2 pianos is the sound carries across and vibrates in the piano next to it, and vice versa. Sounds great in this room
