  • Everyone who is talking about El Salvador needs to stop! I bet you half of you guys are not even educated like me, and I was born in El Salvador! I am from there, and I am going places! I live in America now but that is because I am going to college in America. I see more homeless people here then I do over there! So you should just shut up!

  • @1cariasv Yeah a lot of people are just ignorant to what happened in El Salvador and take their ignorance to youtube videos. El Salvador suffered a civil war followed by gangs deported from the US.

  • @1cariasv So sorry to read you. You've been so much time in the USA that you have forget how to write in spanish. In no time you'l evenl forget how to speak in spanish and you'll believe yourself a "gringo". But, no matter how much english you speak or what your passport says, you will always be a foreigner.

  • screw you EL SALS

  • they killed my people and all they wanted was justice but all they got was murder

  • You shut your mouth.

  • The killings in the Civil War of El Salvador was a mixture of discontent among starving people, a show off by " macho " right groups, and a simple desire to kill and make life more miserable for everyone by small groups of illiterate men. Everyone simply wanted to fight and kill because everyone else was doing. This was stupid and senseless. This is why El Salvador is what it is now, NOTHING. It will remain a poor country made up of stupid people running it forever and ever.

  • @11MRKARL, You say that now because you have access to YouTube, and can talk shit comfortabely behind your computer. These people rebelled because they were poor and fed up with the government only making justice for the rich and wealthy. I suppose you wouldn't know because anyone who has access to the internet and a nice comfy chair like your, ignorant, arrogant self has, doesn't know the brutal pain citizens during this time had to endure just to survive. So shut your moth.

  • @11MRKARL i cant really tell how stupid your comment is, where you there? to see how things really happened, no right. So do your self a favor and go try to sound smart somewhere else

  • esa masacre fue por los ijos deputa del ejersitos del salvador pinches culeros

  • jesus christ....I'm lucky i was even born after my parents made it to new york before shit went down hardcore. my parents were from the town of San Pedro, Morazan and San Salvador. this is more than enough proof i am a lucky person to even exist.

  • crazy

  • America is so fucking political driven

  • people from from El Salvador has to be kill because all the white power has to be reing

  • This is sad ;(

  • "The country was fine before" excuse me yeahh right for people that possesed everything for those whom had nothing to eat, living in a house made of boxes what about them oh yeah right people who had everything why should they care for poor people.stupid. I rather live in a country were i might not be rich but that everybody would be equal instead of living in a country were who does who have the power always what more and dont even care if their murdering people by their actions.

  • @PaMindDeToi - they're called sociopaths and psychopaths...if humanity knew how to recognize the hidden signs of the psychopath, we could eliminate him from the beginning... -- Read up as much as you can about this human problem...countless deaths wars and untold agonies/anguish brought to you by our' ignorance about these people... they are in every race and culture... they have no empathy with others, no compassion...

  • How many men did Cuba have at this time?

  • To all those people here saying that this was necessary to stop the leftwing guerilla: In the 70's and early 80's we had a communist terror organization called the "R.A.F." here in Germany. They killed a lot of people and were the states public enemy number 1. Just imagine the international outcry if the German government had started killing and torturing everyone who sympathized with them including their families. Stop explaining away the atrocities committed by those fascists!

  • @siker4k

    How ignorant can you get?

  • @mariois23

I could find so many things wrong with your comment but i'm just goin' to say one thing:

    You Dumb Fuck.

  • @bapyou

Don't waste your time in these ignorant sons of bitches 'cause they'll never understand.

  • @pushups2345

Shut your fuckin' mouth if you don't have anything good to say.

How the fuck do hitler and stalin have anything to do with this civil war?

  • Fuck "The United Fruits Company

  • my dad fought in this war...

  • Unfortunately as the war progressed and it drew out to be a vicious war of attrition, the guerilla fighters ended up being like the government themselves either way, innocent people died

  • why everyone is speaking engilsh? (included me) i bet most of you HABLAN ESPANOL thumps up if u are one of them

  • @leodanbmx Wait, I was about to ask the same!

  • Comment removed

  • After hundreds were killed, the United States Department stated: It could find no evidence of a massacre.

Cover Up, being part of it?

    Certanly!

  • we were fighting the imperialism yankees that was trying to control our country.they were also supporting right wings dictators.

  • My uncle is a veterano frm this war he was a sniper badass!! but this is sad tho

  • How sad, it was...

  • hmmm... My home country, El Salvador, beautiful and unnoticed...

  • that was the GREEN BERETS handy work. you never see or hear a green berets. but they all around you. they were nowhere and everywhere at the same time.

    they are like ghosts.

  • My dad told me about this when he used to live in El Salvador

  • Oh look they only interviewed Guerrilla members, one sided much? CNN are shit. And to those who have the IQ of an Orange, the Guerrillas were not "Freedom fighters" they were cold blooded murderers and cowards, El Salvador was just fine before the war, lack of education creates a lack of jobs, newer companies were moving to El Salvador much like today with promises of new jobs however the FMLN labeled them as "Evil" since they were from the US and brainwashed the people into the Guerrillas.

  • blame cuba and moscow stupid fuckers there just mad

  • This war was bad....I from usulutan this war has not consideration for nobody .......all we was victims ....and te guerrilla and the army ar just stupeds

  • Screw Jimmy Carter. He only messed things up and he still tries to ruin things. We Americans don't like him either.

  • @pedalingfool422 - Yeah i noticed the way you backed up your bull shit with absolutely zero proof. What a putz.

  • @tom6612 There's only so much you can really do on YouTube. If you don't know about Jimmy Carter screwing the pooch, look it up. It is not my job to give you information you could just as easily look up in World Book to fact check. What a slacker.

  • how come that this bullshit don't mention all atrocities that the fuckin terrorist did to our nation !!!! how come that all this hipocrits mutherfucker don mention shit done by the guerrillas !!! assholes !!!

  • @32574

CNN tends to side with the Left, they're pathetic hypocrites and they make the Guerrillas look like the heroes, when in reality the Guerrillas were the ones who started this senseless war between our fellow Salvadorans. This video is proof CNN was taking the Guerrillas sides, no one knows if it was the Guerrillas or the National Guard who killed those Nuns, they just blamed the N.Guard. Fucking guerrillas were the real monsters of the Civil War.

  • @Cujucuyo I admire your fanaticism. Are you one of those who profitted from the fascists regime that had martyrised your country? If not I pity you!

  • @rutagengwa

You know nothing about my country. It was not a fascist regime, try Cuba instead where they follow on what are the FMLN's ideologies, I guess the Cuban people flee to the US all the time because they can't stand being so happy in their country, right? I pity you for saying such things with the confidence of the ignorant, the country was fine, people got brainwashed by the FMLN all the time, unless you've lived here you don't get to have an opinion, stick to your country not ours.

  • @Cujucuyo What the bloody hell are you talking about?

The fucking goverment brainwashed it's followers all the time.

"The country was just fine before the war"? What country are you talking about?

  • @DanielTheSocialist1

No it didn't, it was the other way around like I said previously. Are you from El Salvador? No? Where you here perhaps before, during or even after the war? No? Then you can start by not giving your idiotic biased opinion. Pendejo.

  • @Cujucuyo

You probably were a member of the rich families that controlled the country... so for you the country was just fine, wasn't it? And yes i was born in El Salvador after the war.

The goverment killed alot of my family without a fuckin' reason during the war.

One of the family members that survived the war was 13 years old at the time, she was given the choice of being shot or being raped... and i lived 13 years of my life in the ms13 controlled parts of El Salvador.. so you tell me.

  • @DanielTheSocialist1

My family was one of the lucky wealthy, but so what? Either way the Guerrillas did atrocities you honestly are so ignorant that you think they were the good ones here? Open your eyes, they made children fight for them they kidnapped people and killed them, they committed acts of terrorism, etc. Fuck those cockroaches.

  • @Cujucuyo Are you a D'aubuisson kid or a fan of the Maximiliano Hernandez brigade? Don't call ignorant people you don't know. My graduate thesis was about the politics of coffee and latifundia in el Salvdor and most of it was field reseaech in Chalatenango department . So maybe I know more than

you about the history of your country. I have been in Cuba and people fair better there than in any central american country except Costa Rica

  • @Cujucuyo By the way Cubans are mostly lured into the USA tthough special privileges. Ask your self why salvadoran aren't given the same opportunities. You are the perfect example of la burguesía compradora. I guess you are among the 10 % that owns 80% of the land. By saying that lack of instruction brings jobs is an insult to any human being! But I guess fascist like aren't human beings

  • @rutagengwa Yo don't generalize an entire nationality.

  • @Cujucuyo Of course it was the NG there is fucking proof!

  • @DanielTheSocialist1

Proof? Like this one sided leftist pussy ass video? Give me a break.

  • @Cujucuyo -- it boils down to this: where does the money lead? --- Follow the money... Always follow the money...and it'll cut through any bullshit about who's right or wrong and paint a clearer picture...

  • @IHVHandmind

    Still butthurt I see.

  • @Cujucuyo - lol, It's true, follow the cash and that's all you need to know to figure everything out. -- And if you're going to comment to someone else, try doing so with something more "substantial/intelligent" -- not knockin ya, I don't even know you - but c'mon.... seriously? Butthurt? lol are you in highschool?

  • @IHVHandmind

Not really interested in discussing what seems to be an endless loop, I'm from the right, you're from the left, I like equalitym you like equality by force, etc. We're just going to contradict everything we say, and quite frankly that's boring as hell since we're not in it to get an agreement in the long run. Quite the contrary, getting my PHD my friend, you reflecting my type of education from the type of phrase I used is quite childish considering past discussions, no offense.

  • @Cujucuyo -- 1. I'm not from the left or right, I'm a born-citizen of the united states, my' father is from el salvador and I'm transpartisan 2. I'm not interested in contradicting more than whats honest/accurate even at the expense of ego 3. I'm perfectly capable of admitting if/when I'm wrong and do it all the time...4.I've met people who have behaved childish: all walks of life etc it's a behavior, not a "person" per' se. 5. Highschool as in "teenager" not "diploma" lol

  • @IHVHandmind

That's the problem right there, you only have a one sided view which comes from your father. Welcome to politics 101.

  • @Cujucuyo - lol once again you missed the point, you weren't paying attention - I am trans-partisan. Essentially that means I am well aware of the fact that human beings are ALWAYS pitted against one another in order to create changes that ultimately are not for the greater good of most but a tiny few who own or want to own/dominate. -- Follow the money, all of it..learn about the foundations, the people behind movements etc...on BOTH sides. No amount of manipulated tribalism can refute it.

  • @IHVHandmind

I didn't miss any point, you missed my point however. I simply believe further debate about this with you is pointless, period, move along.

  • @Cujucuyo - LOL your' level of arrogance and condescension is amazing lol. -- There really wasn't a debate and there still isn't... Like I said before I'm not interested in lower ego exchanges lol - What I proposed was that if a person follows the money in any world event, it'll tell them alot more about what actually happened than "debating" lol -- I have no problem "moving along" lol what perplexes me is why people like you have this intrinsic need to talk down to people you disagree with.

  • I mean, to start off - the "butt hurt remark" ? lol... It was an immature reply to what I had written and you DID indeed misunderstand me because you assumed I was involved politically in the left/right paradigm...which I'm not "certainly not in the way you thought." lol - I could cite other examples. -- And yes, it's evident that you missed the point I was making which was: "Back and forth tribalism is a distraction - follow the money and constantly ask questions." - the only way your' point

  • @Cujucuyo - Would be valid was if you were in capable of admitting that you were wrong about something/stubborn... then you'd be correct and this exchange would be pointless... Otherwise we both have an opportunity to evolve beyond our' definitions - I'm more than open to that possiblity and I'm hoping you and many others on here are too... If we don't stop buying into the manipulated cowboys and indians paradigm - we're all in serious trouble no matter what one's demographic might be.

  • Respond to this video.... -- Everything I've come to find out is relative.. in every country, every conflict... if you dig deep enough, all of the roots attach to the same fundamental tree... It's happening here in the USA now... Life could be wonderful, it could be a paradise..but this may never again: be - because of sociopathy/psychopathy and human kind's general ignorance/naivete about it.. - It hides itself as sanity when it is anything but... It rises to the top of power...

  • @Cujucuyo - Btw saying I'm one-sided because of my' father - that assertion is a prime example of a point being missed..since being transpartisan means you subscribe to neither a left or right but transcend both by seeing not only from both angles but by hidden ones that manipulate both. -- That's a point you missed & it couldn't be any clearer. -- My' father and I are not close and I think for myself. -- It's okay to admit you're wrong, that's how we all grow lol Nobody's always correct.

  • @IHVHandmind

Are you really that much of an attention whore? Just drop it already, I stopped caring about the rant of you communists some time ago, I suggest you do the same. Try cleaning the sides of your mouth a bit, talking too much bullshit left some shit stains there.

  • @Cujucuyo lol Oh lord, that attention whore quip is a weak cop-out - never once have you ever infused any effort equal to the insults you' warrantlessly hurled at me & others at articulating anything remotely intelligent/fruitful and you want to condescend people about having a "point?" lol. You do NOT have me pinned because I defy the confines of your' polarized paradigm. -- The only thing I had ever suggested and stood by was that anyone wanting the truth to ask questions and follow the $ ...

  • @Cujucuyo - If that idea is bullshit and you expect me or other human beings to accept that notion let alone take you at all seriously: you are absolutely required to delineate your' points.- So far you haven't done that. Pray-tell: what exactly could possibly elude you to the benefits of demonstrating the validity of your' perspective to myself and others? -- So far all I've gathered is that you're possibly from wealth and you like to think you're superior to others lol

  • @Cujucuyo - lol when someone is transpartisan, it generally means they defy the confines of political party - so...I cannot and am not a communist lol. -- Why are you having such a hard time addressing simple points and questions? Why are you being so stubborn? Why are you name calling and evading rational, intelligent conversation? Why are you hiding behind a condescending, disinterested demeanor? lol I don't get it - The only thing I disagree with you about is your' attitude lol every-

  • @Cujucuyo - thing else is essentially without definition lol... I mean, just looking at it all: I think the only certainty I could come toward concerning you and what you stand for is that you simply lack the ability to admit that you behaved inappropriately and that you're arrogant... These things do nothing to suggest you have any valid reason to support what you might except you happen to be a beneficiary of some kind... Do you at all care about other people? peace? - what do you care about?

  • @IHVHandmind

I'm going to ignore the bullshit you posted except for one, small piece of text. "Do you care about other people" see, this is rich, in my time I've helped fellow Salvadorans, helped to restore schools and have donated to several charities. What have you done to deserve the right to ask if other people care about other people? You haven't done anything for our people. Sitting behind a computer all day ranting about who did what when and where doesn't get crap done. Silly kid.

  • @Cujucuyo - 1. Nobody has to do anything to reserve the simple right in asking someone if they care about other people, it's a question someone asks another when they are given the impression that that person only seems interested in fostering conflict... somehow you've gotten it in your' head that I'm against you when I don't even know you and you don't even know me. For all you could know, I could've been one of the children in those schools...LET GO of that spirit of conflict and lead by -

  • @Cujucuyo - demonstrating the opposite of what tragedies have been caused by such mindsets... you didn't know me or my' position on things and you were absolutely quick to attack me, the first thing you did was attack me, and your' grounds were completely incorrect - Why can't you just admit that you were wrong? You might think I'm being petty but it speaks volumes that you can't even do that - And the condescension doesn't help your' cause whatsoever.-If you're an older man, behave that way.

  • @Cujucuyo -- The reason I asked if you cared about other people was because of your' astonishing level of arrogance, your' apparent preferential inclination for conflict, inability to admit to being inappropriate -- these are absolutely permissible in reason. Waving your' "alleged" deeds does little to stand for anything. I've "and everyone" done both good and bad things -- THAT IS human. The ego must fall to the wayside lest we all remain blind to the truth.

  • @Cujucuyo - The fact that you've ignored the very valid premises I've laid down paints a clearer picture of your' heart and mind. -- But those things aren't based on FACTS. The truth only deals in facts, not merely attitudes. -- Lay down before all of us who read this why anyone looking foranswers shouldn't follow the money and ask tons of questions - just one... This isn't about you or me in the end it's about the truth... why can't you see that?

  • @IHVHandmind

Continuing your idiotic debates and arrogant rants I see.

  • @Cujucuyo -- Listen: It's people with hearts and mind like yours that wars like that ever have a chance at happening. People have to be willing to see beyond their' side of the fence and let go of what they're so invested in... -- You're resorting to name calling, if you at all care about those people you said you helped, first start by finding someone on this thread you insulted warrantlessly and genuinely apologizing to them. - if you can restore a school, you could at least do that.

  • @Cujucuyo - The "exchange" between you and I never had a chance at even evolving to or beyond a debate because you never ONCE provided any valid support for anything... instead you resort to name calling and conflict fanning... you are the reason you think discourse between others is pointless....and you have the power to change that. -- If I'm here for peace, what are you here for? -- if we want the same thing then why argue when we can collaborate? Why are you so hateful?

  • @IHVHandmind

    Cry more.

  • @Cujucuyo - Your' heart is full of bile, you pretend to stand taller than others but you don't... - your' brevity is insipid.. it also invalidates everything you have written on this thread.... others will now see you for what and how may really be: lol "get-over-yourself." -- You are here because you still have issues you haven't resolved, that much is apparent. -- Deal with them and stop attacking other people...

  • @Cujucuyo -- I'll always insist people who want the truth more than a trophy look to where the money goes, where it came from and then ask questions...and keep asking after that..The only agenda I have is truth, now how is that worth being attacked with childish remarks? It's a virtue to admit that one was wrong... and you were... it extends to other areas of your' life no doubt.. The human race must outgrow this. Conflict is a fundamental agency of nature - but we must not remain manipulated.

  • @IHVHandmind

Careful now, you might run out of words in your thesaurus.

  • @Cujucuyo 0- I don't own a thesaurus. -- It would do you and others alot of good to stop being so stubborn. How many times have the people been pitted against each other? There are MANUALS written for the world elite on how to start civil wars... They have the real records, the real accounts of human history going back thousands and thousands of years locked up in the vatican libraries... They also have networks of underground tunnels... what they have planned for all of us is horrible...

  • @Cujucuyo I don't know exactly where you stand (its a lot of comments to read) but I have to say that from what I've read, I completely agree with you my fellow salvadorian. The world will only see what is shown to them and this documentary is one-sided. The guerrilla where heartless individuals who would kill anyone who oppose them. Most citizens (like my family) were stuck between both sides, in an unnecessary war. My family and I fled the country because of this war.

  • @cummychris

Thank you Chris. It was indeed a senseless war, Salvadoran Vs. Salvadoran is just plain ridiculous, however the Guerrillas take the cake with their Terror tactics and actions, sadly people see them as heroes which is sad considering all the kidnappings and murders they performed to fund their organization, the most famous being that of Roberto Poma who was killed even after a ransom was paid, oh, but the FMLN said it was for a "good cause".... Heartless bastards.

  • "Inasmuch as U.S. interventionism, NATO, the bloated military budget, & a host of other cold war relics have not disappeared at all, it appears that what's been proven fraudulent is the doctrine of the Cold War had been a moral struggle to contain an evil, expansionist Soviet Union, when in fact -- as skeptics like myself have maintained -- it had been about American imperialism all along, with "communist" merely the name given to those who stood in the way." -- William Blum, West Bloc Dissident

  • ColdWarWarriors, please tell us from what documentary is this video taken?

  • @bapyou CNN's Cold War series, part 18 'Backyard'

  • This video made me cry R.I.P to the inocent people who died i give my heart to them

  • Ami tambien me dan ganas de llorar, viendo el rostro de sufrimiento de mi gente...solo me imagino a mi familia entremedio de este caos..

  • viva la FAS

  • These liars victimize themselves to justify all terrorisms acts and assassins by sanches ceren. The fmln terrorists have kill thousands of innocent people.

Tell the true, this leftist propaganda is a bunch of bull

  • salvadorian army helped by us goverment killing inocent people at the entrance of the cathedral,,they killed thousands of peasants and innocent people everywhere in el salvador and the orders for that massacres came from united states,,the fmln killed a lot of innocent people too but is nothing compare to the thousands of people killed by i said by us goverment

  • So many people feel like they have the right to make an opinion about a place mostly of them couldn't even point where's located in a map, to get a real democracy El Salvador had to get through a civil war, otherwise there would be only one candidate every election, wich isn't very different form what you guys wrongly call communism, besides it's different from terrorism.

  • Nothing of what you said have sense.

  • @ MARIOlS23: you wrote

"I honestly don't blame the government for killing so many terrorists who were intimidating the population in general."

Look, you dumb fucking scum, read any one of the human rights reports from that time period. Start with 'Report on Human Rights in El Salvador' by America's Watch Committee from January 26, 1982.

Government troops killed 100s of villagers in El Mazote, a majority of whom were children & women. They were anything but terrorists. You are scum!

  • @bapyou and that government was democratically voted out in 1982 - despite the fact that the communists were murdering people on their way to the polls.

communists were murdering people by the thousands, including democratically elected mayors, as recounted by the truth commission. they sometimes killed their own if they were not pro-castro enough.

fmln were soviet-run communists who waged a terror war on democracy, even archbishop romero said so. & we have the soviet documents to prove it

  • @pushups2345 "communists were murdering people by the thousands"

There is no comparison between the deaths attributable to the right-wing death squads funded by the United States and those attributable to leftists. Every human rights organziation operating in El Salvador during the time period concluded as much. And you lie about Romero.

    "fmln were soviet-run communists"

    El Salvador's right-wing governments were American-run fascists.

    Try again. You're utterly unconvincing.

  • @bapyou considering that fascism is a form of socialism and that it was the communists who signed a pact with hitler, that name calling falls flat on it's face

there very much is a difference because the the salvadoran armed forces fought to defend their democracy against forces of communism, which is why they never had widespread support despite state excesses

in grenada, US troops found a letter from the soviets stating that el salvador was to be their next target for communist enslavement

  • @pushups2345 "which is why they never had widespread support despite state excesses" - they meaning the communists. fmln is no longer communist

  • @pushups2345 "fascism is a form of socialism"

    ___

This is a complete motherfucking lie. I LOATHE you fucking right-wingers who endlessly repeat such lies.

Fascists slaughtered the anarchists in Catalonia in the 30s. Along with the Jews, Hitler sent communists to the camps and gas chambers. Fascism is a FAR RIGHT WING political philosophy, you worthless fuck.

I loathe scum like you with every molecule of my existence. I'd enjoy nothing more than bashing your fucking skull in.

  • @bapyou "Basically National Socialism and Marxism are the same." - hitler

"I know how much the German nation loves its Fuhrer, I should therefore like to drink to his health." - stalin

they even worked together on the holocaust during the nazi-soviet pact, and stalin was also sending communists to camps and gas chambers, the "trotskyists". stalin even tried to start another holocaust with his "zionist doctors plot" bs. so this was just a socialist civil war

  • @pushups2345 Hitler fooled the German people with the name of his party. He sent commnunists to the camps and gas chambers along with the Jews.

    ___

As for Stalin, he was lauded by American right-wingers in the 1930s who championed him for cracking down on Russia's radicals.

Further, a little capitalist enterprise called IBM hepled the Third Reich organize the transportation all of Germany's "undesireables" to the death camps. Several Jewish writers have documented IBM's involvement.

  • @bapyou hitler even said his ideology was close to marxism in mein komph, that was what, 1920 something?

and it was the german communist party, acting on 1931 orders from stalin, who collaborated with the nazis to bring hitler to power

As for Stalin, in the 1930s he was busy recruiting spies like hiss, i.f. stone, frank marshal davis and other leftists. the left has never stopped making excuses for stalin, ussr and communism

by the way, there was never a us-nazi pact; only a nazi-soviet pact

  • @pushups2345 Is that what Glenn Beck whispers in your ear while you blow him?

  • @analbeadsish no. it's what your mom moans when I do to her ass what the free world did to FMLN till they cooperated

  • @bapyou I loathe scum like you with every molecule of my existence. I'd enjoy nothing more than bashing your fucking skull in.

Love the quote, I'm putting it in my list of favorites, I also made a screen shot of this, so don't bother erasing it.

  • @RadioFreeWisconsin "Love the quote, I'm putting it in my list of favorites, I also made a screen shot of this, so don't bother erasing it."

Oh, it's the twit again! What's up twit?

Look, twit: I insist you post that fucking quote any place on the internet that you can.

But when you do, twit, include the entire comment for context. Whores such as yourself are incapable of quoting anything in context. Bash your skull soon.

(Quote this one too honey bunny!) XXO

  • @RadioFreeWisconsin lol, this red moron is bugging you too?

  • en esa epoca yo vivia en el kilometro 9 y medio santo tomas en casa de la nina rosa del carmen bonilla

  • the archbishop was murdered be the usa look it up look up death squads by usa too

  • Not everyone that was killed during the war was a guerrilla. the military killed people that were suspected of being sympathetic towards the left wing resistance and lets not forget the massacres that the Salvadoran military carried out.

  • so if I killed your mother you wouldnt say shit then right ? if I beat your sister to death and shoved her head up her ass it would be okay. think you fucking idoit !! don't talk dumb shit with out thinking about it.

you are saying it's okay to kill your brother and your fellow country men because those people had some stupied vison on how a country should be run ! it's called freedom pussy I bet if some one pointed a gun at you, you would eat there shit !

  • hegemony is evil, the system is fucked.

  • needed to be stopped?

    ARE YOU JOKING?

by killing thousands of innoncent people all over central and south america?

  • I can't believe that the US let this happen... pure murder.

  • It was a different time back then. The communist where keeping though the back door and needed to be stopped.

  • The communists were never in El Salvador. Do you homework. The guerilla fighters just wanted their brutal government out.

  • Do your homework. The leaders of the FMLN left the communist party of El Salvador because they did not want to start an armed struggle. The whole merging of rebel gropes were brought together by communist Cuba and Cuba supplied small arms to them. They were communists.

  • @zegeckThe communists were there. Who told you otherwise? Do you live there? The gov was scared of going commie, so they killed anyone they felt was one. Monseñor Romero was killed by the gov, and those shots from the steps were at his funeral. I know many families who were torn apart by this, and trust me; Communists were there. It was fascism vs. communism in El Salvador and it was very dangerous. Guerrillas sometimes were commie, but usually just didn't like the fascist gov. do more research

  • The gov was brutal though, and you would have to have been crazy to want them to still be in. The commies just tried to take advantage of that situation. The political climate was messy down there.

  • @zegeck cuban military advisors were sent to el salvadores. they were preparing to use mao's doctrine of guerilla warfare. the cuba govt also gave them arms, money, soldier equipment, etc.

  • @zegeck

do your homework? you don't even know what happened over there! my family saw many Communist, in fact some of my far family members were communist and yes Romero himself was a communist!

  • The war was backed by the US but they were not responsible for the slaughter that happened during all these years.
