Thanks for posting and educating me!

  • Yea OJ--That's why he hasn't come through. I live in Oregon and I used to run lights for him when he would play here. I think he was stationed in CA then and toured the west coast regularly. This woman-LaToya I think?- sang and danced with him. She was great, and very nice, often brought the kids on tour. Loved their shows, and wonderful people!

  • Waoh....Its really brought back good old memories...Cant really have enough of this. By the way where is OJ now???? Am a Nigerian but based in Asia and i thank God for this internet thing...if not..wetin we go dey talk now??

  • OJ dey for Naija now. I met him there last June/July. He lived in the USA in the '80s & '90s and has since returned to settle back home.

Checkout his "Back To My Roots" video clip on YouTube. Regards.

  • Thank you zookat for posting this video, would you believe that's me the little girl dancing in that video.

  • That's amazing! I have always wondered who that kid was that stole the show? You identifying that made it worth posting it as well as to honor OJ, of course. I take it that you're related to DURO LADIPO (RIP), the great playwright?

  • I can't thank you enough for posting this video. I have the video but it's on vhs and I don't know how to upload it. So you know late Duroladipo. He's my father in-law, am married to his and moremi/oya's son. Do you by any chance know Baba Ekemode's contact, I just wanted to call Baba Ekemode and talk to him. I also remembered him as a loving man towards me then. I didn't know I stole the show but thanks 4 the compliments, my mom is also in the video. MORE GREASE TO YOUR ELBOW
