Yea OJ--That's why he hasn't come through. I live in Oregon and I used to run lights for him when he would play here. I think he was stationed in CA then and toured the west coast regularly. This woman-LaToya I think?- sang and danced with him. She was great, and very nice, often brought the kids on tour. Loved their shows, and wonderful people!
Waoh....Its really brought back good old memories...Cant really have enough of this. By the way where is OJ now???? Am a Nigerian but based in Asia and i thank God for this internet thing...if not..wetin we go dey talk now??
WOW !!! Na de Original founders be dis oo..They laid the foundation fo the likes of Fela,Segun Bucknor ..WOW...Thanks for posting...A lot of people are probably not aware of OJ...
That's amazing! I have always wondered who that kid was that stole the show? You identifying that made it worth posting it as well as to honor OJ, of course. I take it that you're related to DURO LADIPO (RIP), the great playwright?
I can't thank you enough for posting this video. I have the video but it's on vhs and I don't know how to upload it. So you know late Duroladipo. He's my father in-law, am married to his and moremi/oya's son. Do you by any chance know Baba Ekemode's contact, I just wanted to call Baba Ekemode and talk to him. I also remembered him as a loving man towards me then. I didn't know I stole the show but thanks 4 the compliments, my mom is also in the video. MORE GREASE TO YOUR ELBOW
I am so blessed to be part of this journey in this video --
Zookat please kindly send me an email regarding how to purchase a copy of either cd OR vhs
