Looks nice :) Wish I could draw spawn. I have nowhere near the skill to draw that character. So much black, and the crazy bold lines. Remember seeing a guy who did kid versions of super heroes a while back on some CG forum. He did a lot of spawn drawings that were both adorable and hella badass at the same time. Oh man, I thought it was great until you began inking it..

You put a lot of detail into that drawing that you could have given more definition by avoiding inking the entire sketch. Sometimes, less is more - at least, when you're drawing it can be. Otherwise, I think you did a good job.

great drawing im just looking around on youtube yoru pic was awesome even with the markers do you have or thought about a white ink pin or fine paint brush with white to go around some of the area you use black in last comic con i was at i got a good pic of venom the artist blacked out alot and i must say i almost wanted to say never mind he looked up and said please dont worrie you see when i get done after he used the white pin OMG it was perfect

I draw like you sorta! Were you put in effort into stuff no one cares about. Kinda like a mini plane people only care what's on the outside but when I build a mini I put in the engine the engine fan etc. Point is a true artist puts effort into all his work rather nothing at all. Great drawing btw

Try bein more loose in your lines,. instead of drawing small lines linkning each other,. That would make you alot more faster and a better drawer,. Keep practising! ;)

You should try leaving a little teeny, white line, around the lines you covered up in black to show the light bending around the neck. I think it'd look pretty good.

hm.. that's a good point. i just like values because it makes things look a little more realistic and shows more detail, like spawns neck for example. if there were some light colors in there it would show the detail a little more.

values are like... the different shades of colors.. lights to darks. I only said that because his face was all one shade and i thought it might make the picture pop out a little more if there was some shine on his head or something... but then again he kinda hides in the shadows so i guess it doesn't really matter.
