Or, she lacked the Intellect to realize what they were evaluating. 6 of one, half dozen of the other, if you ask me. The problem with the criminal mind is that it ALWAYS thinks it can out smart everybody else. I bet, to this very day, she has no Idea of what she did wrong and will blame "The System" for what she caused herself.

@commonman80 I was surprised she thought this kind of behavior would get her released, period. I don't know who she supposedly kidnapped or what was the cause of the child endangerment charges, but those kind of charges aren't pressed often and then only with good background evidence before a judge will sign the arrest warrant. It would be interesting to find out what happened with her case, or if she behaved any better during her next court appearance.

@Marty933, I agree 100%. The problem is that most people don't realize their being "Evaluated" from the very second their confronted by the legal system. Be it the moment they encounter Law Enforcement on the street. Or, the second they stand up to Present their case as Plaintiff Or Defendant. She was in Civilian Clothes and Handcuffs. This also tells me that some where along the line, she snubbed the system that gave her a break, and they had to go find her. The rest were in County jail attire.
