It's not just about the pose, the parabola is the key.

Everytime I practice shooting I imagine the "rainbow route" from where I release the ball to the centre of the rim. This should improves the finger tips movements during shootings

I'm inspired by this video!After watching this video i went outside to practice my free throws and i improved alot i got 1/10 by following your advice. THATS 10 PERCENT!IT WAS AMAZING!thank you so much man i appreciate all your help and advice.----incase you didnt know this comment is a complete jk this video gives no shooting advice at all if u wanna get better at shooting keep feet squared to the hoop,keep your elbow in,give backspin to the ball,and most importantly use your knees for strength
