I wish I could put all this to rest. The Siberian Tiger is the Largest Felid that ever existed. Even bigger than the famouse "Saber tooth Cat" They didn't get to be masters of an entire continent by being weak or vulnerable. They never had any compation among all the cats of the world. If the asiatic lions would have had such an easy time with them, the tigers would have either gotten smaller or would be extinct. exactly stefanadiytzu1999 they are totally playing.............. and for my 2 cents: from what i know tigers are bigger and faster but not stronger except for their bite force and only the Siberian Tiger is actually bigger than the one and only African Lion so Lions are overall stronger than Tigers and to most species of Tigers heavier. So then most of the videos you watch will show either the Lion gripping and then slamming the tiger when it wins or the Tiger beating the Lion in a swattingfight

The reason is the Tiger is a solitary animal that needs to be in top condition to hunt for food. If it is severly wounded, then it cant hunt and therefore will starve to death. So its instinct is not going to fight to the death. However I have heard of Tigers fighting to the death for multiple of reasons. The Male Lion is a more skilled aggresive fighter, built for battl
