This would never work on a large scale. The amount of pentane needed would be unimaginable. Also it would not work during the night. I'm not saying this is not a good idea its just not a solution to anything. And you need to learn to make a proper presentation!
You will have to increase your ability to imagine. There is an unimaginable amount of pentane that is burned in natural gas every day in US. It is not processed out of natural gas, because there is no better use for it. There are designs that would allow the system to run for a week or more with no sun. It is a great big idea, bigger than the Hoover dam. How would you present it?
I fully understand how much natural gas is consumed, I have worked at a 580MW combined cycle gas fired power plant. And if I had to present your idea I would make a P&ID diagram in Autocad and incorporate it into a PowerPoint and instead of using a video camera I would record my presentation with screen recording software.

Some studies have been done to show the cycle time between pentane at the bottom of hill through the condenser at the top and back down to turbine and back out to the field for evaporation over a mile could be done in less than 10 minutes.

I actually visited the OTEC facility on the big island of Hawaii, near Kona, which is now non-operational. The problem with that installation was the ammonia ate the aluminum. The system was created by an aluminum company.They were not interested in changing the system to use steel. The patent covers all liquids, not just pentane, that exhibit these temperature characteristics. It is possible to redesign the system for a type of OTEC. That is the subject of another patent.
