  • omg he doesnt look 108, and he speaks really quick compared to alot of old people

  • What did he say when he said, "Not olive oil but.........oil"...What kind of oil did he say that he cooks his veggies with?

  • @pagalley1 coconut oil

  • This man is the living, breathing embodiment of why we should be eating healthy foods that are plant based, not meat and/or dairy based...This man's face doesn't have one wrinkle on it, as far as I can tell...His mind seems to be in peak condition...It must be bittersweet living as long as Barnando has, because all or most of his family and friends, unless they adopted his lifestyle, would have passed on...Keep your colon clean...Great advice...Bad smelling faeces is a sign of an unhealthy diet.

  • @pagalley1

    Barmando eats meat.

  • @baileal The only meat I heard him say he eats is lamb, not counting the chicken broth that he says he steams his veggies in sometimes...I stand corrected if I'm wrong about this, though...Whatever Barnando is eating is the right thing, so we should all try and emulate him...He's older than all the raw foodists I've ever seen videos of and, as knowledgeable and healthy as they all are, I take Barnando's word over their's, because of his age...However, he does practice what they preach.

  • Blend up 5-10 bananas and apple juice and your colon will be cleaned out. It's good too.

  • HIS SKIN LOOKS GREAT!

  • Davvero molto entusiasmante! He's been keeping his colon clean by eating well... Have ever heard of Arnold Ehret and his mucusless diet?

  • but does he need viagra?

  • @kingvic97 STUPID COMMENT!

  • very wise and inspirational

  • PAUL I AM ON THE WEB SITE RIGHT NOW , BUT NOT SEEING WHERE TO ORDER THE BOOK PLEASE HELP ME WITH THAT

  • Love! :D

  • many a wise word.

    -thanks for sharing

  • Paul thank you for this wonderful video! At one point in the video here 5:44 i understood that he eats fish..is that correct? Thanks for the info :) Bianca Maria

  • Awesome Health*****

  • May the Ane Sofe/Infinite Creator Continue to Bless and Annointed Blessed Barnado to continue to educate and awaken slumbering souls!!!

P.S. The Rambam 1035-1104 Common Era a medical doctor and great sage of Israel taught moderation is the key in life except in cases where a person went to a negative extreme in some manner the need to compensate towards a positive

extreme becomes an imperative.towards being properly centered.

  • Yes Paul , I love this video - simple real info. Love the Ancient man Barnardo's relaxed approach.. Shalom on the Path of life to health and Light !

  • Paul thanks for the real truth in the raw food movement, but more, I think like me, you just want to find what works best for life elongation, raw or whatever. Shave the beard, adds 10 yrs to you. Soon as I saw gray in the beard it went, now at 59 no gray in the hair from raw cheese

  • my husband has never smoked or drinked in his hole life either..he see's nothing in it!

  • Yes, an official thanks to Paul for all these interviews.

  • interesting. o_o

  • Great stuff! I love rasberries and blueberries. We totally don't need meat, I ate a huge steak last night and I woke up feeling like crap - moderation must be key.

On your daylight diet, Paul, I can say that I just came home from Amsterdam and the dutch people that live there don't leave their homes after midnight. In fact there isn't ONE single restaurant in the city that's opened after 12 o'clock and the only people you see out late are hungry tourists.

  • i get the cleanest organic grass-fed meats and raw organic grass-fed dairy from the farm by the way too.. the farmer there is very strong man and looks very healthy

  • if you eat raw meat like the native americans i think it is possible to still have a clean colon.. ive been eating raw beef and liver.. raw milk & egg yolks.. and i always have some raw saurkraut and vegetables along with the meat .. the raw cholesterol and fat seems to be making me super healthy and i dont have constipation at all!! i also drink lots of water and i drink like two glasses of fresh juice everyday

  • Wonderful!! Thank you for sharing Paul!!! ❤ ❤ ❤ Peace

  • this guy is 108 years old? *jaw drops* lol. honestly, he could pass for 60. maybe even 55.

  • Exactly what I was thinking!

  • Paul, thank you for your interviews and videos. Many of us benefit from this without financially compensating you and the least we can do is thank you.

Life, karma, God rewards you for what you do that is good and beneficial to your brothers and sisters.

  • this man is amazing!

  • Fish is MEAT !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • You are right. He also uses chicken stock. Fish or chicken broth is very healthy in my opinion (not store bought). Animals eat the bones of other animals - we do not and that's one reason I believe we are deficient in bone/teeth mineralization. Broth helps get some of these needed nutrients in my opinion.

I highly suspect, open to being proven wrong, that if you show me a long time fruitarian that doesn't supplement with minerals and I'll show you bad teeth and weak bones.

  • @green2lean ,its fact all fruitarians will become demineralized ! i eat very little fruit,i look and feel great ! As for chicken or fish stock,i think most animal products are bad news, except for something like royal jelly !

  • @rawfoodguy99, I'm still open to the possibility that meat products are bad. For now I'm pro meat (in small amounts). I am undecided on whether I'd suggest eating no meat if the only meat you have access to is commercialized. Chicken broth has amazing benefits. There is a reason chicken soup is recommended for the cold and flu.

I am a firm believer in the benefits of bee products also. I've tried vegan, but so far the most healthy diet I have tried included small amounts of meat.

  • @RawFoodGuy99 - I think sometimes the term fruitarian is a bit vague. In the past a fruitarian was someone consuming only fruits to the exclusion of vegetables - in which case I'd agree it would be a challenge to meet our mineral needs. Nowadays, some on a high fruit (i.e. 80/10/10rv) diet call themselves fruitarians though in reality they are consuming at least twice as much green leafy and other (mineral containing) vegetables as those on a 'normal' diet or SAD.

  • @Marcoosianism No they don't. I tried "raw-vegan" or "fruitarian" or whatever it's called. You start off eating green vegetables but because of lack of calories you drift towards sweet fruit - apples, grapes, bananas you name it. Before you know it you're eating the 80/10/10 wich in reality is: 80% SWEET fruit 10% low sugar fruits 10% nuts/seeds and green vegatables. After a few months you'll trade your life for a pizza =)

  • @Sunnysilky - haha, I agree there's most always an attraction to pizza no matter what eating regime on is on ;-) However 80/10/10 is not 80% sweet fruit, 10% low sugar fruits and 10% nuts/seed and green veg. It's min 80% cals from carbs, max 10% cals from fat and max 10% cals from protein. The recommended calories from greens is ~2 to 5% which amounts to an entire head of lettuce plus many other vegetables for the avg person per day - if you're doing it properly that is, which most are not.

  • @Marcoosianism

    1/3

Well, that's what the 80/10/10 nuts say. They compare it to Japan where they eat, maybe 80% rice or MORE and are very healthy.

Rice is not the same as sugar. Grapes or greens are sugar in the form of FRUCTOSE and rice is sugar in the form of GLUCOSE. We can survive on glucose very good. I'm living proof of this because I LITTERALLY grew up on macaroni&cheese (usually without the cheese).

  • @Marcoosianism

    2/3

Fruit is healthy because the fibers cancel the fructose out (healthwise) while SNICKERS bars are empty in fibers. So in other words: apples-good, tomatoes-very good, spinach-amazing

    - that's my understanding, correct me if I'm wrong. (anyone!)

If your a vegan or if anyone reading this is, check out my own before/after pictures on my blog that I took during my 90 day raw vegan experiment. I promise they're 100% authentic and anyone who knows me can confirm that.

  • @Marcoosianism

    3/3

see for yourself! before you throw out an opinion because certainty can be more addictive than snickers bars =)

Paul, feel free to use the picture on my blog as an example or whatever. =)

One love! Healthy life for all friends and all enemies!

  • @green2lean - Hey green2lean, I commend your openness to many issues. I believe you're referring to carnivorous animals when you state animals eat the bones of other animals. There are thousands of non-carnivorous animals which do not eat other animals, nor their bones, and they have no issues with mineral deficiencies. Strong bones come from adequate minerals (most people don't consume enough dark leafy greens), low acidic diets (low-to-no animal protein) and plenty of weight bearing exercise.

  • @Marcoosianism, that's a very good point and I agree 100% about greens. There are alternatives to eating bones to get the needed minerals. Sometimes when I comment I don't think about the fact that someone will take it at face value.

In my opinion you're wrong about animal protein being acidic. Yes it's slightly acidic but not enough to make a difference. Soda, coffee, smoking, alcohol - those are acidic, even some fruits are more acidic than meat.

Exercise is important. We are omnivores.

  • i know but people dont put it in the same categorie as red and white meat bcos it's not as fatty

  • WOW,

    1881 !

  • Good to see Barnando back on the show still amazed that his hair is dark.

  • Thank you for sharing your wisdom Bernando. And thank you Paul for the interview.
