1:05-1:18 great reason for someone to become president, because he got shot down, captured, and survived? Tough, yes. But not reason for president. Why don't you elect Jessica Lynch, sh'es a war hero, James Stockdale was with McCain, and everyone thought he was a moron.
well america is in favor of his tax plan. i mean he won. bushes tax cut didn't help the national debt. obama had a plan. he explained how he was going to pay for his programs. we heard him and we still voted for him. so every thing else is beside the point, 370 electorial vote's. the gop tax cut was proven not to work. the clinton tax plan was proven to work. that is undeniable. but that's the disagreement.
so cause he won we agree with everything he is gonna do and we shouldnt even bother talking about it eh? I think obama has a plan wreck america.....he was only elected because he is not bush and bush was a neocon fagot. In a couple years eight years of bush is gonna look like heaven and we will do it again. You better start voting really early this time cause the people have already started jumping ship.
people say they don't like obama because he is inexperianced, but they love mccain because he was a pow? which has nothing to do with being a president?
being president is about making the right decisions for the ppl. an older person and a person that has been in the military would most likely be able to make the right decisions before the person with no experience in anything but life which mccain has and more of..
what grounds is that based off of. not that i'm bringing up old stuff but the whole keating 5 thing. i know he was aquitted so i don't care anything about that. but the judge said he showed "bad judgement"
his experiance in the military does not mean he would've been a good president. anybody can make good and/or bad decisions. you have to admitt obama is keeping his promises. but there are somethings i don't agree with, but we make that compromise when we vote.
yea anyone can make good or bad decisions but who do you think has more experience at making hard decisions? i think someone in the military would be more reliable for making the best decision and so far it doesnt look like obama is keeping very many of his promises at least i cant think of one.. if you want you can tell me those promises hes kept
his budget just passed. that means universal health care will begin, time table in iraq, attention switch to the afgan war, better effort on foreign diplomacy, and along with his budget it includes the famous tax plan he campaigned about. even the pm congratulated him on all of the things he accomplished since he took office. we all know he had a plan before he was elected. thats why he is president now
pm of the UK? ill admit europe loves obama and his plans but they dont really help the american people. the budget hasnt done anything so far except put the US in more debt. the iraq and afgan war would have been handled in nearly the same way with bush or mccain. universal health care = raised taxes. famous tax plan = raised taxes. obama has committed more to the deficit than all other presidents in the history of the united states.
yes, raised taxes on the wealthy! all he did was bring taxes back to the way they were when clinton was in office. if you make $250,000 - $257,000 a year your taxes will be raise a whopping $19. WOW and the more you make the more you will be taxed. for 8 years the tax burden was on the non wealthy. he's putting it back on where it works. you may not agree, but i guess you didn't vote for him. most of the country did, so i would like to believe that we are satisfied with him for the most part
obama is all about fairness how is it fair to raise taxes on people that earned their money. he will have no choice but to raise our taxes if he wants health care for everyone
oh my god, you act like obama is putting the rich in the poor house. the rich will still be rich, but not at the cost of the poor like it was for 8 years
250k and more will get a tax increase, 250k less will get tax cut. wheres the lie. his budget is passed already. of course we'll pay taxes, but not as much as we pay now
the lie is that the government can afford to spend all the oodles of money and not tax everyone. your money's gonna be worthless by the end of the decade, mccain / obama / anyone else in the top 5 runner ups of either major party is gonna change that - we love to spend money we don't have....
that was really good for america huh, even john mccain was againist it until he realized he would get no support from the gop unless he went along with it.
This is a good comment about your opinion of Obama. It's been marked as spam, but it shouldn't have. Apparently, your point of view is destroying a person's opinion formed by the media.
No, he's not an idiot. Consider this, and this is what I would have answered when he was speechless. As he suggested for correction of Affirmative Action, Obama will bring inspiration to blacks who have felt deprived. Obamas message tells them Not to be inactive and passive. I have watched some blacks commit to taking up the challenge of improving their own self interest which is beneficial to all.
Barack Obamas true, chauvinistic, racist, misleading, dishonest colors were revealed when he deliberately rode the BLACK myth, fueled by a racist frenzy, into the WHITE HOUSE. Muslim? Christian? hah - once a lawyer always a lawyer.
Kerry was also a war hero. Just saying.

They just pick the dumbest of the supporters to portray their party as the better and more intelligent one.

Idiot! What do Affirmative Action have to do with - President-Elect Obama.
John McCain lost the elaction becuase he had no message - and just because he was in a war - do not qualify him to be President.
