  • That mousse sounds delish! I'm being boring and not having anything yummy that isn't specifically in the protocol until I get a little more comfortable =P I want to not be hungry!! =P Maybe I need some 5-HTP.

  • yea u have to be careful with the broths. I found the brand I use is NO SODIUM ADDED. :)) Good luck finding that. Krogers carries it here.

    5htp has never caused me problems. Maybe there are additives in them?

  • Hey sweetie...love the top...you look soooo cute!!!!! Sorry about the gain :-/ Unfortunately...gains can happen for no apparent reason. Sodium can play a huge part...and getting in your water is huge too! The mousse is amazing...I did chocolate....I'll have to try the strawberry! Never tried 5-HTP...I was never hungry just from taking my HHcg pellets. Just try to get in your cals...;-)

  • @HHcgCraZy Thanks for the compliment on the top!! :) I am sooo gonna do the pellets next round! These drops seem to be working, but I love the idea of pellets and having more accurate dosing. Plus all the success you and your fam/friends are having on them! Take care!
