I fly JAL Business Class or First Class many time per year.
I love Japan Airlines and Korean Air because they both treat you like royalty and the seats are so high-tech and comfortable, you think you're relaxing in a Japanese Spa, not flying 28,000 ft over the Pacific!!
Japanese Airlines really have their act together!
US airlines are terrible, they could learn something from the Japanese.
