i salute u Mr. Quiney for bringing out your concern to the world. i am from dgte., now living in the u s, never know that we have a port that we can call a dive site too. i think this is unique. it only means that dgte. has a clean coast line and we should be proud of it. is anything we can help?

Wow! Nice vid! I didn't know that the Pier here in Dumaguete was teeming with many fish species. I always thought that there was little fish there since ships and all those pump boats com and go all the time. Now I know. (^^,)
