@coolcubanstar09 You get it as a reward for a title, in which you need to play multiplayer but just getting on multiplayer mode WILL NOT get you the title, I think you need to play with other people as well to get it and do a misson but I havent gotten it so I cant confirm

@TheSporiness Lol. It's a TCSM. Teching MAG. It's like another wand. You can put 2 TECHNICs on it, and it's accessed by pressing RB on Xbox 360.

Resta (healing) is obtained as a reward for the achievement "Mobile Defense" (complete Chapter 1 of Story Mode).

Giresta is unlocked by getting Force lvl10

not a really big fan of the techs but i do have a question.. anyone know why the axes suck so much?? im a lv 81 with a S ranked axe, 1100 atp, and a decent spec. i can only hit like 360s with just the att itself and then only like 650-750 with the specials,( wich ive tried like 2 or 3 of).. anyone know why? im not a fan of axes tbh but im curious lol

depends on what type and what race you are. Beasts and humans are far better with melee weapons than newmans..

im not really sure on PSP but on PSO S ranked weapons sucked unless you used about a billion grinders on them. then they were mediocre at best. im sure there are more powerfull axes around, im pretty sure PSO-World has a weapon database so u can find more powerful ones

puy them first from a shop, then go to the useable items menu and select them, then select learn. Then go to the weapon you want it equipped on, wand or staff, click (link to photon art) and select the tecknic you just learned.

Phantasy Star Universe for the X360 is better to me. You can have 6 players instead of 4, and there are more things to do like actually run around inside the cities instead of talky talky talky-blah blah blah blah. There are also in-room shops.

if you get stuck and ned someone in your party, and you cannot add them via the party menu, and you forget where to go, go to the guardians hall on every planet. in leo's case i'd try the guardians building on moatoob first. if you have access to the meeting room try there too. there might be one instance in the game where you need to check the moatoob pub.

i'm new to the game and i'm a techs user i'm only level 9 atm but my question is on the staffs you have um... how do u get them to the right element for your spells because i can see the red staff for fire etc etc how do i do that to the staff ; ; << noob SORRY =X

When you add TECHs to your weapon it gets an element % and then you get the color of the element, for example ice = blue.

Note that is only for staffs, on melee weapons you can't add %'s

yea i just found this out by accident yesterday =P but thanks anyways i found out when i was training a CAST i think there called the andriod guys or robots =/ i added ice to it and it changed to ice than i swaped to fire so i was guessing maybe if i add only fire to my staff on my mage it might change colors =O and yea turned fire so now i understand mixing the magic is bad :P so get 1 staff and sep the magic elements into each staff

No you can't.

Your playing a Fighmaster so you can only get your TECHNICs to lvl 10. If you want them like in the video you will need them at lvl 21-30.
