  • i did chocoflan i some of the flan sauce was left did u add all the flan sauce to the 12 cup pan please write back ohhh and very good chocoflan

  • @bebelsaa why

  • do u go by the cake mix instructions or by what ingredients you put up?

  • @msarmiento2006 For this recipe, you will want to use the ingredient amounts that we listed instead of the ingredients listed on the cake mix box.

  • @Bebelsaa what is your religion?

  • this "flan" is a dissrespect and offence to my reigion.

  • this is totally wrong jaja flan has eggs this has not cajeta has milk this has not!

  • @SarahsQuietScreams I kept wondering the same thing......so it will just "flip" once in the oven?

  • omggg chocolate FLAN ive never even heard of it..and in my culture we make alot of flan, amazzzing I can't wait to try!

  • Yummy

  • flon?

  • @usemoselnitro Flan is a Spanish Style Custard dessert with a liquid caramel topping.

  • @KraftCookingSchool yea i nkow dats flan but wtf is flon?

  • @KraftCookingSchool I think you call it cream caramel, if not, is very very alike :)

  • i just made it

  • @SarahsQuietScreams You are correct, the chocolate cake layer was added first. Although the custard was added after the chocolate cake layer, it’s denser than the cake causing it to sink to the bottom of the pan.

  • da best cake ever in my opinion

  • haha you people are funny the flan is supposed to sink to the bottom because it's denser duhhhh its not magic

  • did u put in all the white mixture on top of the cake mix?

  • @angelkiss365 That's correct, you want to ladle all of the flan mixture over the cake batter.

  • That's a lot of flan..

  • @ruth1130: oh, thanx so much 4 the recipe, I'm gonna try it as soon as I can. I bet it's delicious :-)

  • yo no speak ingles...

  • rico muy rico mmmmmmmmmmmm!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!1

  • Can I use caramel ice cream topping? Instead of the cajeta?

  • lol ofc she gets put on the CHOCOflan video

  • can i use a brownie mixture instead of chocolate cake?

  • of course they had to put cool whip in there somehow

  • how long can the cake set at room temperature

  • Flon? what is Flon?

  • @donglabong Hi donglabon- Flan is a Spanish Style Custard dessert with a liquid caramel topping. Please refer to the video to learn how to make it.

  • Didn't she add the chocolate cake layer first?? it came out with the custard on top!!! how is this possible???

    xx

  • @tikaroshi Hi tikaroshi- You are correct, the chocolate cake layer was added first. Although the custard was added after the chocolate cake layer, it’s denser than the cake causing it to sink to the bottom of the pan.

  • @yoshisuniverse im saying that thats alot of sugars

  • That's a very interesting recipe.

  • It's easier in the summer than the winter because the cream cheese softens faster in the summer than in the winter.

  • yumm diabeties

  • Looks delicious!

  • no what she actually wanted is to do it's a substitute no precisly cajeta

  • Cajeta is smoked goat's milk, just saying..

  • @Cascea it's the one they call caramel but mexican style

  • @Cascea It's caramelized goats milk, basically normal caramel, but wiuth goats milk.

  • This looks really great and I can't wait to try it. Unfortunately I can't send this link to friends because Kraft has not deleted offensive posts. Some people really need to chill.

Kraft, I suggest you block comments or delete them all together. YouTube is a cesspool for the crass.

  • stop hateing...she nows what shes doing

  • if the flan was put on top of the cake mix then why did the cake mix come out on the bottom shouldnt the flan came out on bottom

  • ok i keep watching it over and over i see she puts the caramel then cake then flan but when she takes it out the flan is 2 and the cake is on the bottom is it just me

  • @cakelover89 if you bake this cake in a "kitchen fair" pan with a glass lid, you will see how the cake mix change to the top of the pan, is something wonderful, that is the reason for people call it "impossible" cake too. try it

  • i could watch this video over and over!! yumm!!

  • She made a mistake, cajeta is not the same as caramel ( or caramelo) cajeta is made of milk (burnt milk n sugar) not just water n sugar. ; )

  • @IAMANALIEN1

I noticed that too, cajeta is dulce de leche and what she did was caramelo (caramel) with the water and sugar.

  • @IAMANALIEN1 that's true, also you can make the flan really easy without using sugar in it, jus 1 can of la lechera (wich is condensed milk) 1 can of evaporated milk, 1 can of nestle table cream, 3 egg yolks, 3 whole eggs, 1/4 of an 8oz regular cream cheese, vanilla and i like to add a little bit of cinnamon in it. well, obviosly the caramel for the bottom of the pan, I've been doing it like this for years, it is super delicious.!!!

  • @IAMANALIEN1 she said if you don't have it you can replace it with caramel.

  • I wish that we can eat desserts without gaining calories and sugar level, that will be my paradise.

  • whats a breakstones or knudsen sour cream ,, can i just regular sour cream or mexican sour cream

  • @Cowbfhell

Just add a normal sour cream is all the same.

  • Hello

The real name of this recipe is Flancocho and is original puertorrican ricepe.

  • que cosa mas k%&&(*76!!! that most taste like Glory! im going to try this recp ^__^

    thanks!!!

  • does the water have to be hot cold or warm?

  • I've baked this cake before, I think it tastes better with the sweetened condensed than the cheescake mixture...but that's my opinian, I guess I can als try it this way.....

  • this cake is originaly from mexico n my parents are from there

when i make the flan i put both evaporated and condense milk, n this cake is also called impossible cake because yes while its baking they switch spots.

  • Does the flan mysteriously travel to the top of the cake after baking ?

  • i was wondering about the same thing i was like.....wait she put the flan at the botttom of the cake......

  • yes, it does acctually

  • Can i also use condensed milk for the flan?

  • No, sorry, our Kraft Kitchens say that while theyre similar, condensed milk and evaporated milk are not interchangeable for this recipe. Good luck!

  • @KraftCookingSchool You can add Condensed Milk Too!! Because the flan has to have Condensed milk! I can't imagine a Flan Without the condensed milk and this is the american Version not the Mexican!!

  • I've have always used condense milk in this recipe. The original Mexican recipe calls for condense milk for the flan. I'm Mexican. Our flan is originally make with condense milk.

  • @bonitaa2007 yes you can use both. you were asking to add not replace right? I use both and its very good.

  • @bonitaa2007 yes you have to u have to use condensed and evaporated milk:)

  • @bonitaa2007 HI, when i make flan alone, I use both condensed milk (dont add sugar) and evaporated milk and it comes out very goood!! alto, i dont know if u can do that for this recepy, cuz ur using two different batters, i only do this when i make flan alone.

  • OMG cajeta is no that easy to do, but if you are making the sustitute, DONT STIR THE CARAMEL, let it cook, cuz if u are stirring qhen the caramel cools, it will crystalize verry quickly, a tip, add 4 drops of fresh lemon juice to the caramel it makes the caramel never crystalize.

this cake is called also IMPOSIBLE CAKE!!

Cuz in the pan you put first the cake, then the flan, but when finidh cooking, THEY ARE INVERTED!!!

  • just use whip cream then

  • why dothey always use kool whip in england we dont have that

  • whip cream

    -_-

and its cause its done by kraft its advertizing

  • That looks sooo good.

  • yummy !
