do tis first u need to sand off the pant on the parts ur putting gliue reason being it can chip and the paint gives way and the metal slides out wile glue in paint maintain to stay in yea kinda makes sense
tightening the first thing you mentioned helps but always comes loose. what if you took it off put some thread lock on the inside threads of the ring then tighten it and maybe it wont come loose? i havent tried this but if someone does i would love to hear if it works.
My rails are wobbly. pisses me off. I dont know how to fix it.

Nah Dude Use Telflon Tape or Lock Tite. Don't Glue It.

you dont have to take the handguards or delta ring off you can just twist the handguards to tighten it.I did it and it stays tight
