Can anyone actually beat the arcade version of cpt. silver? If so, please post it. I've tried to and can only make it to the 2nd level, I don't think ANYONE can!

Man you are really bad at Captain Silver! It is a great game as it is very challenging, and addictive. unlike a lot of todays games. Try collecting the gay fairy thing and it lets you shoot fireballs from ur sword, making the game a little easier.
I also like chiller, i think its awesome. kind of like an early house of the dead style game. Having thousands of games on my mame cabinet, these two games are far from the worst .
thanks for reminding me of chiller. when i first looked it up, i thought this was some sort of pengo-style game, but boy, oh boy was i wrong. as for Exidy, this wasn't the only game to raise eyebrows, because 10 years before they released Chiller, they came out with death race which pissed off many due to the whole concept of vehicular homicide.
Chiller's in my favourites. I think it's a good Exidy gun game, a bit like Crossbow.
But Captain Silver is poor - and went in my "Fail" folder. I can imagine vandalising that machine to get my 10p back, - but I wouldn't even need to touch the machine, the collision detection is so poor it would break anyway.
