Oh god, I had forgotten all about Mike Bullard (Bollard?) until just now... back in the day, me and my dad would watch his terrible show and cringe. It was so bad, that it was great.
There was one episode, where a snow storm had beat down on the city, so there was literally only three or so people in his audience, but he chose to go on with no guests or anything... It was just Mike and an empty studio talking about nothing at all for however long. It was god awful, yet great.
