  • I WOULD SAY...

"everything on this property ain't mine, it's rented, so by law they can't take fuck all"

  • Fatal Flaw you was recording you should indicate you are recording to the operator i beleave it is law to do so if you are showing the recording the 3rd parties please do correct me if i am incorrect

other than that keep giving them shit as they are a pain in the ass with there harassment tactics

  • @Shaddaz1 thanks mate. i think your prolly correct with the recording.

  • @61shirley as far as I am aware you are at liberty to photograph or film anything on your own property within the confines that it does not break any decency laws. This extends to taking photos or filming on public land and anyone on that land, though it is considered a common curtesy to gain a persons permission first. Only when you go onto another persons private property do you need to gain permission to film or photograph anything.

  • LOL faggot Bailiffs...Just research common law and make life as difficult as possible for them. They are scum and should be treated as such.

  • Well done, continue so. But I see you are nervous a bit, I know it is not easy to confront the terrocrats.

  • they will be round my house soon i will enjoy when they come round, I have an unpaid parking ticket from civil enforcement ltd and I am not going to pay it hahaha, nothing these guys can do they are not court orded

  • @daveygravey123456 they will threaten you with alsorts. they told me that my car was now their car and they was gonna take it. I said go ahead but i will take you to court for theaft. they never took it in the end

  • @61shirley what would the poice say if they were called... it is a civil matter? but what if they did take the car that would be theft and they would be arrested?

  • @daveygravey123456 the bailiffs wouldnt call the police, because the police can only act as peace agents to keep the peace. only court bailiffs can enter your home with a signed warrant. The bailiffs cant take anything from your property without first serving notice on you that they have a lawful claim over the vehicle. you then write back telling them that it is theaft if they take it and you will be charging them a fee for the time that it is removed.

  • looks like lister from red dwarf

  • how am i going about doin this notice of understanding and clarification

  • @LukeAndJema send me your email address and i will send you the templates

  • @61shirley lukeandjema@hotmail.co.uk thank you your videos are good btw

  • @thematrix28 he hasnt heard from them since. i had bailiffs to my house once for a ticket i got with the council, i told them where to go and havent heard from them since either. if they know they vcant push you around they tend to leave you alone

  • @61shirley thanks for that info so did he just send the 2 documents notice of understanding and clarification and that shut them up and were can i get a copy of these docs for future reference anyway who r they to say i cant stop there when i pay car tax to use the road i paided for that road they r fining me on

  • @thematrix28 private message me your email address and i will send you the templates

  • i got fined for non paymant of rates, the council sent me an invisible letter about it, then i got taken to court and fined 100 quid, in my absence. then i got a letter about it. turns out that my bank made a misstake, and were sending my money some where else.no contact from the council, the first letter never got to me, thats if they ever sent it, and then they said the balifs were coming round to collect for non payment. ISLINGTON COUNCIL, fuck you, wankers.

  • lol nice hair dude.

  • no i dont have a phone.............as he's on the phone HAHAHAHAHA class

  • HAAA...I absolutly minced Bristow and Suitor!.....for the same thing as Moz!.....they and the council they were working for...scuttled back under their rock..its been over a year since!

  • fuckin hell, an immigrant bailife lol....

  • Never accept any paperwork.

Sign nothing and accept nothing unless court official order and police present (if it gets to that stage).

Other than reaching that stage, accept nothing. It means fuck all. If the fuckers don't leave, call the police.

  • @bombaclaat cheers mate

  • i fucking LOVE this video..you rock!<3

  • nonsense

  • why did u accept the paperwork?

  • @msfiddler2 a pretty boy poofter haircut hay? oh and a job so that u will feel like you are making a meaningful contribution to the corporate fascist dictatorship and contributing to the corrupt system and unqueual distribution of wealth and dresources and giving your stamp of approval. and i bet one day when u are on ya deathbed u will look back on your life and think DAMN why didnt i have my priorities straight and work harder.

  • it looks like the guy lives on the famr which means he will have legal right to defend his property of intruders or trespassers... and farmers usually have the right to use firearms in the UK, mainly shotguns. So the guy could have loaded up and shot him directly in the face!

  • i love this bloke

  • i like how he uses his phone to tell her he has no phone and she just goes along with it :'D

  • Rad hair dude.

  • He's telling you details about a family member without permission. You could have him arrested for contravening the Data Protection Act.

  • 95% of the population ,are idiots ...they like watching fun like soccer ,and american retard :(

  • 'We may transfer or assign our rights and obligations under the agreement'........is usually at the bottom in small writing. Debt purchasing orginated from USA in 1980's it appears the UK has very little in way of legislation which regulates it as per usual !

If you have signed it then you have agreed ! We have a good legal system in the UK its the freeman that does not grasp the concept on contractual acceptance by conduct or in most peoples cases even in writing !!

  • @BluewaterDezil the legal system may be fantastic but it doesnt apply to men and women only business, government and corporations. people give their rights away when they abide by statutes and acts that dont apply to them. As for the mortgages, when people are asking to see the originial agreement or contract they signed when taking out the mortgage, the mortgage company isnt letting them see it. That breaches Magna Carta, a new contract has to be made

  • @Clivebarker88 thanks mate

  • @Clivebarker88 the legal fiction is your straw man, or person used for commerce.

  • there not bailiffs , there debt collectors. two different things 1 with powers 1 without.

  • Do you actually owe someone money?

  • @tallicalad no, a private business is claiming he owes them money.

  • @61shirley Look, I understand how it works, they've bought the debt from someone else, there's no contract between them blah blah blah etc but basically, did he owe someone money in the first place which promoted the whole process with the bailiffs?

  • @tallicalad no, was a parking firm claiming he owed them money

  • @61shirley Ah I see. Did he actually 'legally' commit an offence?

  • @tallicalad no

  • @61shirley Are you just being pedantic or do you actually understand what I mean and that he did in fact provoke a ticket by the normal means or did they just randomly issue him a fine by mistake?

  • @tallicalad i am being pedantic, the man only exsists under law. legal requirements need contracts and they havent produced one that makes him legally bound to their rules

  • @61shirley This is the problem you come up against in your videos, you don't explain yourself properly which infuriates people because it seems like you're being obstinate, which to some degree you are. Do yourself a favour and tell people what you're about!

  • @tallicalad ill puts something together. thanks for giving me a kick up the arse

  • @61shirley Lol, I really support what you do mate and i know it's difficult but the more you keep your cool in the face of these sorts of things and are nice to people, the better you'll do! Cheers, x

  • ive gt the same drinking glass!!lol

  • OK OK - I do understand your anger but.. If burglar gets to your home, and steel TV - after being caught - how EFFECTIVELY would you like to get your property back?

If your (former) best friend will owe you 10000 pounds with no intention to repay - how would you like to get your money back and buy whom?

Trust me russian mafia would recover that sort of money within few days. But your kids would stay without fingers for life. So - what is worst?

  • @5084204 the debt collectors havent provern that a debt exsists between both parties. Thats the beauty of living in a free country with a Magna Carta and a Bill of Rights. If someone stole from me then they have broken common law. these guys are trying to enforce a "rule" by a private company, nothing to do with "law"

  • @5084204 shut up punk ass bitch and grow up accept that maybe you fucked up not cry and whine and tell bunch of punks all over the world how about you come down here mate and i kick you teeth in

  • @cod2fool you forgot to take your tablets again, hm?

  • The fact that the parking fine was for a 'Downing Street' adds a sparkle of irony :)

  • Ha, I've dealt with Bristow & Suitor! Made a statutory declaration, nice people in Milton Keynes told them to cease. I didn't pay a penny to a parking fine I never knew I had.

  • bristow and suitor fucking pricks !! ive worked for em and told em to fuck off !

  • Its Bristow & Sutor name n shame the basteds theyre a pain in the ass

  • also you should not of taken there paperwork¬!!!!!

  • nice dreads mate.

  • your videos you put up not me likeing the bailiffs i love you giveing them a good talking to is want i love cheers for the videos mate thank you nick dorset

  • @lethalman3000 thanks mate

  • never accept paperwork

  • whats funny is that woman on the phone blatantly just got told by her boss to get off the line rapid, hence her interupting you constantly :P

  • God he is thick in the van or what!!!! is he an immigrant??? lol

  • I once got letters through my door about unpaid bills for gas and i would face court action. Get this though, i was 18 years of age, still living with my parents and never paid any of the bills in my life. They just clutch at straws and hope to get something

  • Good luck, give them hell, oh and get your hair cut lol.

  • If you are seriously in debt, just go bankrupt !!!. Forget the FSA AND OFFICE OF FAIR TRADING. If you take your cases to the Financial Ombudsman Service, be careful !! ( I shut my mouth ). The infrastructure has collapsed with knowledge and standard. Act, compliance, risk management, guidelines etc not being acknowledge. The levels of people's competency is well below par.

Dont be bullied and start again, keep your family together.DEBT COLLECTER'S ARE VULTURES.

    Ex ...... under FSA

  • @smudgerbuster They can force entry over unpaid council tax, but only if it's gone through the courts and all other avenues have failed to collect the unpaid tax. I should have made myself clearer before.....

  • "I'm not giving you permission to use this"

"I don't need your permission, this is my land" LOL told, good on you!

  • no i dont have a phone!!!

    classic!

whats the thing you are foning on then?!!!

    class!

    well done you !!

  • It just shows if you take these people to book and make sure they work within the law instead of their own rules, they soon get flustered and realise ripping people off is not so easy after all. A tip for dealing with debt collectors is just to return all their letters unopened marked "undelivered return to sender" and then the emphasis is on them to prove that you live at that address which can prove next to impossible if you don't sign for anything or answer the door to them.

  • your man there doodling on that peace of stationery , failed the police admision tests perhaps ? bouncer down the local disco ? it would apear he thinks he has some power eh ? obviously loves his chosen slavery for the slave notes he recieves , thinks what he is doing is for the greater good of mankind , shame he knows NOTHING about the LAW. wish i could say hes one of not many , but alas he is one of many many .

    peace , C.

  • @dubayadot TBF there aren't loads of jobs around ATM. I don't doubt some of these people love their "work", but I blame their employers more than them.

  • should not have said you 'accepted the paperwork' because they could say that meant you accepted what's in the paperwork but a lot of respect man standing up, FreeMan.

  • I LOVE YOU SWAMPY!

  • You Sir, are an epic chap!

  • DANIEL STEWART MOSSLY is a "LEGAL FICTION"!! HAHA! AWESOME DUDE! Way to stick it to em with that one.., O_0

  • should have wanged a potato up his exhaust !

  • Jobs a good'n buddy.

  • 7:18, she's very rude haha

  • Remember folks, that "debt" collection agencies have bought the so called "debt" and therefore it is paid. They are third party interlopers who have no contract with you. They have stupidly paid your debt for you and now are clutching at straws. DO NOT FEED THE SYSTEM!!!!!

  • @jonmns77 thanks for that

  • @jonmns77 Right! Since no agreement exists between you and the debt collector, you don't have any legal obligation to pay them a penny. Just ignore them completely. Don't answer their calls, don't open their letters, don't speak to them if they call around. They will keep sending letters but you can keep posting them back unopened. Eventually they realise they're losing money and will get nowhere and give up. Most won't risk court action unless you've responded or had some agreement to pay.

  • @jonmns77 is that a fact??

  • @kernzyp Yes. The original "creditors" (actually you not the bank but thats a different story) have been paid off by the DCA who bought the so called debt at a knock down price. They then expect you to pay them, but no contract is in place which obligates you to do so. They rely on your FEAR and ignorance.

  • @jonmns77 mate that is so right. Very good comment.

  • @jonmns77 So what your saying is when a bank underwrites mortgages sells its pack of mortgages onto investors, because they have sold the orginal agreement you would no longer be liable !!!

Total tosh !! A company can appoint another legal entity to act on its behalf, for example debt collections company !!

27 thumbs is a testament to how very little people know about the monetary system.

  • @BluewaterDezil thats actually true, if the mortgage has been sold then a new contract has to be made between the new holders of the mortgage else the person is not liable anymore. according to the law anyway.

  • Did you send them a letter or a Notice? Nearly three years ago I informed the bank I would no longer be paying off their alleged debt. I went down the notice route and informed them under common law I had withdrawn their implied right to visit my abode. And since then they offered to slash the debt by half and have passed it to dca's who I deal with by R4C no contract. Its a chess game and I am good at it so find it enjoyable to stick two fingers up at their satanic system.

  • @whitenightf3 We are not worthy!

  • This seems a rather "old" ticket (2008) I thought they couldnt persue it after a year? we all need to know have to deal with these fools

  • usually with automated phonelines, if you press * (star) when its doing the recording it should pass you straight through to a real person

  • Maxim of Law "He who does not establish his rights, has none" ;)

  • @ForCurrentUse Yes he owed the money to the government not a private firm. if its a court bailiff they have the right to kick your door down for court fines, tax etc

civil enforcement agents need your consent

  • looks like a win to me lol

  • @ForCurrentUse It is your right to receive an original Bill of exchange under the Bills of Exchange act

  • @ForCurrentUse No private firm can get a warrant and forcibly enter your home thats not correct. They cant take anything from your property without your consent either.

  • @ForCurrentUse thank you.

  • what would happen if i never open the door or acknowledge any correspondence from any one? be it pcn, bailiffs, court etc.?

  • @smileykai77 if its a court bailiff they have the right to kick your door in for court fines warrant

civil enforcement agents need your consent i don't anser the door to them but once the are leaving i run out with my camera

and watch them freak out lol

  • @psychodrilla Bailiffs have to gain a peaceful entry on the initial entry, they can only kick your door in after they have already been and made a list of goods and given you a chance to settle. Then they can return with the police. The police acnnot help them kick your door in, they are only there to make sure there is no breach of the peace

  • @YouKnowIAmRight

i suggest you reread my comment

    court officers

    (or court bailiffs )

can and do have the right to kick your door in with a warrant

    only court ones not civil

    peace

  • @psychodrilla arnt these here to retrieve money for a council parking ticket, hence it would have gone to court at Northampton and then bailiffs would have been appointed. This is a country court though, so the bailiffs would have been appointed by the local authority rather than the court. So these bailiffs are here at the request of the council and not the court is that what you are saying? : )

  • @YouKnowIAmRight

    in a nut shell yes

    i was answering smileykai's question

parking tickets do not go to any court they go to a central processing 'court' unit

there is no trial its summary

so then its passed onto people who fraudulently call themselves bailiffs but are just debt collectors

therefore no lawful right to do anything without your consent

    peace

  • @psychodrilla many thanks I am currently going throuigh this myself. My son got one and he lives with me and my wife and we are fighting it. They havnt been yet but we are waiting. I sent them a Statutory Declaration stating that everything in the house is mine and not my sons. They havnt replied or been near : )

  • @YouKnowIAmRight:

what they would probably do is get apig to accompany them (to protect the bailiff), then, if you answer the door, or they see you through the windows, whilst banging your door so hard that you think it may collapse, the copper will go upstairs to your sons room, with the bailif.

So, what you have to do is get ANYTHING of value OUT of your sons room - they CANT go to YOUR bedroom, cus it AINT yoru sons.

They WILL and lie - RECORD it, cus the pig aint sposed to even SPEAK !

  • @YouKnowIAmRight i'd be very surprised if anybody did attend after your declaration please google getoutofdebtfreedotorg for some great template letters the guy who set up the site is a good friend of mine keep a camera by the door always ask who it is never open the door without saying i do not consent to you entering my home good luck peace
  • @psychodrilla thanks for your kind words : )

  • @YouKnowIAmRight just to let you know

you might get debt collector turning up

saying he is an officer of the court

he will be lying do not be fooled

ask to see the warrant get him/her to show you the supposed warrant through a windowDO NOT OPEN THE WINDOW

    he won't have one

he will have a NOTICE which means nothing

just don't be fooled the debt collectors rely on your fear to get away with crime against you be strong

    peace gaz

check my channel for police help bailiff commit crime, parkin tic

  • @psychodrilla thanks Gaz keep in touch mate

  • @smileykai77 good question. Black suits will prolly come round and kick ya door in.

  • @61shirley oh crap.. looks like they will have a hard time trying to collect 'goods' if there is nothing to collect. Oh well, it's their time they are wasting and not mine. I shall record and upload for your viewing pleasure when they come. ^_^

  • @61shirley They won't dare my friend!

  • @61shirley If it's for a court fine, council tax or similar charge, they CAN force entry into your property. If it's for a credit card, loan, mobile phone contract, buy-now-pay-later etc they CANNOT force entry to your property. That's the law!

  • @carl0071 That is incorrect, Bailiffs sent by the council can not force entry, however if they set 1 foot in the door they will be able to force entry at a later time. the Idea is not to open the door and keep the conversation via your letterbox and request them to talk to you only via telephone or mail.

  • @carl0071 thanks mate

  • @carl0071 they can only force entry with a court order.

  • @carl0071 They cannot enter your premises either forcibly or otherwise without your consent for ANY reason.

  • @smileykai77 It depends on who the creditor is really. But if you don't open the door, never answer the phone and never respond to letters etc, it makes it very difficult for them to take court action. If a creditor gains a judgement on certain debts like parking fines, council tax etc and a bailiffs warrant is issued, then they can take enforcement action to recover the debt, including forced entry. But you can simply sell all your assets to someone else or move them, before they come.

  • @smileykai77 non response meens you agree to there contract....send there paper work back with "no contract return to sender" then if they come to your door don't give your name ever..and they can't do anything!!

  • Well done mate !! Were all critics throwing peanuts from the gallery untill it happens to us! Keep up the good work

  • Good video - thanks. Why didn't you ask to see their warrants IF they are real bailiffs and not just council jobsworth chancers?

I will read what I want, I do NOT accept this paperwork as anything but information.
