This might make a good remake ... let's see, how about Christian Bale taking Bronsons role, Hiroyuki Sanada in Toshiros part and as the Alain Delon-baddie a really wacked-out Tom Cruise or perhaps Cilian Murphy ... remember, kids: if they film it, you're all witnesses that I came up with it first ... ;-)

A wonderful film, with quite a few great international actors. Delon/Bronson/Mifune/Andress..­..all wonderful. Always has been one of my favorite films. Good music, too!

But on the other hand (sorry, I only know the french titles) even if he 's not always a "perfect good guy", he is at least not the bad one in these : La Tulipe Noire, Zorro, Deux Hommes Dans La Ville, Monsieur Klein, le Toubib, Les Granges Brûlées, Le Battant, Comme Un Boomerang, Pour La Peau d'Un Flic, Le Passage, Un Crime, 1 Chance Sur 2, ...and many others.

But I guess people remember him better when playing the bad guy since he is very good in the part.
