During the intro, it looks like Martin Mull is sort of crossing out the names of notable center squares on this show. I notice he had Paul Lynde, Whoopi Goldberg, and himself. He did forget Joan Rivers from the 80s version. Maybe I'm analyzing this too much, lol. Oh well....

Well, this version has returned to GSN since March 31st, and they're airing first season episodes.
