I'm sorry, I believe in some conspiracy theories and paranormal stuff, but don't just assume EVERY weird color in the sky has something to do with HAARP.

Before pointing fingers and declaring stuff, check out the conditions first, what you think are earthquake lights could very well be a rainbow. It's hard to tell the difference.

The glowing thing is simply a very tall cloud (cumulonimbus) with the setting (or rising) sun shining on it from the side.

The reason the other clouds are dark is because they're much closer and lower which places them in their own shadow.

From checking the RSOE alert map everyday last year, I noticed that Indonesia had constant (almost daily) catastrophes which I believe was caused by chemtrails and HAARP. They've had non stop volcanoes, earthquakes, biological hazards, epidemics, tropical storms, tsunamis, and sudden cold snaps. I'm surprised there's still anyone alive there.
