  • 1-800-USA-GOVT is the number for the government :)

  • @gtarules1 hahaha

  • Call the "Government"? Whats that number? :-)

  • Some debt collectors will actually put a debt onto you when you actually don't owe anyone money all you have to do Is say your name & they will make you pay.

  • ANY 3rd party can be called!

  • you guys are all idiots, they are scammers trying to get us to pay debt we dont owe. They have called me to, its all fake and they are posting this stuff to show other people its a scam. All you people geting all butt hurt listening to this saying the guy is being mean, you are ALL IDIOTS.

  • What a waste of time... you guys are acting like third parties and your really the ones that owe the bill.... smdh what are you like 60. Grow up and pay your bills and if there not yours just tell em wrong number. Shame on you for wasting those ppls time!! Thank you for adding to the financial crisis. In America

  • i m half way thru this call and i cn't help to say this guy is so ignorant .... plus why would you put this on you tube ..... are you proud of being a debtor ..... there is no pride in owing money to anyone .... whether you owe your neighbor or the credit card that paid for your house furniture .... if you haven't pay for it there is no pride in having it ...... now quit wasting your time with collectors on the phone and get your matters straightgen out .....

  • @cristiansb85 HAHA im not in any debt ,I am not a debt collector, i am an innocent victim of there harassment. Do you understand now?

  • @cristiansb85 Seriously?...are you a dork?...it's obvious you did not pay one bit of attention to this call, first off it is against the law for a collection agency to call you about someone else's debt, that is called third party disclosure..the girl he is speaking with is completely ignorant to the law and practices, they were trying a practice called "Skip tracing" a form of tracking down possible debtors. I worked with an agency that investigated collection agents and fined them.

  • Pioneer Credit Recovery?? sound familar -- are they based in perth

  • @badpanda84 I DONT KNOW

  • Hey whats the governments phone number?

  • @flowrevealed (123)555-5555

  • Call the government about fraud? bahahahahahaha now thats funny.

  • @DethronedTyrant hahahah you soooo right!!!

  • @DethronedTyrant The government IS fraud. There is no way to go straight in this world anymore.

  • It is illegal for a debt collector to call your neighbor under the fair credit federal law act.

  • @killerkel007 You're allowed to call for location information which includes: current address, current phone number, and current employer of the consumer. You cannot go over what it's regarding (about the debt).

  • As much as I hate debt collectors, it doesn't sound like either of these calls were in any way violations of the FDCPA or any other federal law. They're allowed to call third parties for the purpose of obtaining location information. You are under no obligation to cooperate with them, but it's not illegal for them to try.

  • 1) this is called a near-by,.after several attempts to a phone number that does NOT id the debtor, collectors CAN call a neighbor and leave a message with the home owner, collectors can NOT leave a message on the neighbors voice mail box

    2) Collectors CAN contact you at work . If you don't want to collectors calling you at work you must tell them you wish not to be contacted at work.

    3) Collectors can contact your relatives for location information. ONLY if your voice mail does not id you

  • ----------------------------------------------

As i am a debtor collector of 10 years (and not one complaint ) my best advice is to put your name on your voice mail --------and no they can not disclose the nature of the call to ANY one else but the debtor and spouse -----sometimes not even the spouse in some states

    ---------------------------------------------

on a other note , people should look up the FDCP before jumping to concussions about what is ageist the law

  • @mnava211 do NOT put name on your voice-mail. And above all, dont take advice from a douche-bag debt collector.

  • nice audio quality retard..... are you using a tape recorder from 50 years ago????

  • good call watch pcso360 gets it wrong and bailiff runs off he shits his self greetings from uk

  • one called my mother over a proven bogus bill in my name and threatend her with jail if she didnt pay it.. i called them back and snaped on her and said out loud to record it.. the bitch said go ahead you cant use it in court. and i said thank you for giving me permission now i can.. havent heard from them since

  • That is 100% agaisnt the law for them to do that. They are not allowed to even mail you anything that shows that they are a collection agency on the outside of the envelope. If you know that neighbor you should give him a heads up, because he can sue them under Fair Debt Collection Laws:) Good video:)

  • I hate debt collectors so much!

  • @discoknox pay your bills on time so u dont have to deal with them!! lol
