i learned my lesson once from pep boys... they never fixed the original problem with my car but fixed what they "thought" it was... $700 and i had to remove my car from their parking lot on a tow truck....
pep boys workers are idiots. They put the wrong key in my car and broke it off in the ignition. Then it took several days for them to fix it. I still had to pay and they didn't provide a rental car.
