display cakes arent really cakes...its styrofoam that gives it its structure,and fondant on the outer layer

All molded hand made cakes are touched as they're being created...and these ones are for a display to show off his skills. No one will be eating them. Display cakes sit around all day with flies and god knows what touchin em anyway.
