This might be a dumb question but how do you access the hard mode of a FP? Do you have to be lvl 50?

@CaptainSprinkles1985 Not a dumb question :D Once you hit 50, whenever you talk to a Flashpoint quest giver it will give you the option for either Hard Mode or Normal Mode!
