There was a brief tag originally seen after the "Tooter & Mr. Wizard" cartoons, where Tooter would reappear in Mr. Wizard's living room, and say, "Uh, gee, Mr. Wizard...looks like I made a mess out of things again". Mr. Wizard would chuckle, and say, "Always, ALWAYS, I tell you, Tooter- 'Be just what you is, not what you is not...Folks what do this, are the happiest lot'."

the under dog show sponed a generation of pill popping junkies, every time someone's in trouble , he'd pop a pill and gained energy & strength, how's that for an anailligy, folk's!
Apparently, this was part of an Underdog "video package", as "Tooter's" adventures were originally seen on "KING LEONARDO AND HIS SHORT SUBJECTS" (1960-'63), the first cartoon series produced by Total/Leonardo Television, also the producers of "THE UNDERDOG SHOW"...however, there were repeats of "Tooter" on "UNDERDOG" during its first season on NBC (1964-'65), though.

The lady doing the Bank Teller voice must have been related to someone at the studio, or at sleeping with someone there.

I haven't seen this since it was first aired. I love that bank teller's cry for help.
