St John Lateran basilica is beautifully decorated. It kinda reminds a bit of the byzantine church art.

Mass must be said more often set to music in the old tradition. Grand music magnifies the glory of God, as Pope Benedict pointed out.

I have no problem with the Novus Ordo if it's said with dignity (it can be) but why on earth is the old Latin Mass not the ORDINARY form? It makes no sense! Incredible beauty, whether said in a cathedral or a simple chapel; a sense of tradition and continuity; a focus unmistakeably on He who dwells in the tabernacle and on the altar; the very best that we have to give in terms of art, music, and liturgy; a vehicle of connection to God, our Catholic ancestors and the saints!
