  • cziffra is an awesome pianist. i love his playing. but i like sokolovs version so much better. i dont actually like cziffras performance of this piece. he doesnt play the original and there are many tempo chanches. and i think this shoudnt be done in barok music :D. le tic toc choc... i think it should be played very accurate at same tempo. like a little clock ore something :D

  • Cziffra's rendering of this piece is so mature.

  • This is an example of technical perfection but most importantly he demonstrates of of his musicality! @ CziffraGeorges : when is this recording from? thankyou

  • Cziffra was great in the larger works, but i get a greater sense of his artistry and sincerity in these small gems. To me, Cziffra playing virtuoso music is a great pianist, but Cziffra the miniaturist is a great artist.

  • Sokolov is great in this, but so was Cziffra. Thanks.
