The UK has a very large amount of coal but not much else. @Renathra Lrt's be as accurate as possible here. He did not say cap and trade or carbon sequestration. HE said RENEWABLE ENERGY and the underground gassification of coal. The UK has a very large amount of coal but not much else. For the UK to become energy indipendant and minimise pollution (real pollution not CO2) then the underground gasification of coal is perfect for the UK.
The more i think about this the more it goes *against* the NWO plans, there is something far deeper here.

You country is a corporation, if someone buys more then 51% of your corp, they are the ruler of that corp now, they say where the corp is going, how it's run, and so on. America is currently allowing the IMF banks to bail them out, or buy into their corp. Becuase if your currency is backed by gold then everytime you print a new bill(note), that increases the cost of buying the gold- So if you print a 1000 notes for each of the gold oz- that backs your currency, then the gold price goes up a 1,000.
America holds arround 9,176 metric tonnes of gold. Maybe a bit more 10,000 tonnes say- yet all dollars ever printed, are still legal tender.
So If the Dollars is still on gold exchange- as some say...
