Even I had this stupid old problem with this game. The problem is that either your graphic card or RAM does not meet the requirements of the game, hence it appears so. Earlier I did not have a graphics card and Everything appeared rainbow in colour. Now that i recently bought one, it works excellently fine.

People listen. In order to get the black suit you must complete and find everything. You must do all city evnts(100 I think) Find all tokens(comic, landmark, and secret) Complete all races with ANY medal (easy, medium, hard, AND insane), and complete all combat tours. Her are some hints: Races, they aren't really hard you just have to get used to them. Tokens. You can search for a map of them and print it out and if you dont have a printer, go to the library.i have 10 more tokens to find.
