PATHOLOGIST (r.i.p.) 12''LP soon out on CRUSH THE SILENCE RECORDS (spain). the notorious first opus ''putrefactive and cadaverous odes about necroticism'' of the czech grinders PATHOLOGIST was originally released on M.A.B. REC. (czech rep.) on CD/TAPE in 1992. this material was also released as a picture LP (limited to 800 copies) under M.A.B. REC. we'll be proud to release this masterpiece on LP with a colour poster! this is our first work under CRUSH THE SILENCE RECORDS.
One of the greatest death metal bands ever. I think James Murphy played with them. Glen Benton did some back up on hung drawn. Sentenced to the gallows, die, die! and sins of mankind are among my favorites but you could say everything they did was golden.
James did the leads on "Death Shall Rise", Glen Benton did back up vocals on "Hung Drawn and Quartered", John Tardy did back ups on "Die, Die"... some of my favorite songs include THIS song, Burning Casket, Into The Acid, To the Gory End, Sentenced to the Gallows, H. D.& Q, Death Shall Rise, Corpse Fire & Internal Decay... i like The Sins of Mankind too but its hard to pick out specific songs on that one. Such a KILLER band, totally HARDHITTING!
@lipotor I disagree, not everything they did was good, that 'Black Faith' album was tripe, as was that 'Corporation$' thing they did. But the first three albums are classic death metal.
