I like Ed O'Neil, he's a good actor and a funny guy. I loved Married with Children growing up. I'm even a big fan of Dutch. But I think he's miscast here. When I see him in this role all I see is a dialed down Al Bundy. Looks like a good show still. But I just feel the need to share that opinion.
