They want a seamless looking computer with a flawless interface. In most cases, Windows fails in providing that. So do laptops by sony, dell or hp. If they find perfection in Macs, wouldn't that justify the increase in cost?
There is no denying there is a premium on macs, but that's like saying armani is overpriced because they use the same cloth as cantabil...
