I wonder if a ring system could sort of be considered a belt systen like the astroid belt? I know the astroid belt is too far away from the sun to be seeing as a ring around the sun though.
This video was amazing! It combined two of my biggest nerd loves: astronomy and lord of the rings. I never imagined such a ring was possible. I learn so much from these videos especially as much of what you cover I have never seen published in any astronomy book I own. Keep up the amazing work, it's certainly appreciated
@trelokamenos Actually it isn't. Go and listen to the interview that Red Ice Radio did with some guy (I forget his name) about Stanley Kubrick. He goes into the Lord of the Rings connection ner the end. It's available on here.
ya ever notice how everything orbits everything? from electrons to planets, even the milkyway sharing a center of gravity with andromeda everything orbits something. hmmmmmm. something to ponder for the next ten thousand years.
Thanks everyone for the comments, we really appreciate them. Our budget here is not huge so marketing our videos is kind of the last thing on our list of things to do, but you could all help, tweet, blog, tell your friends and family.
saturn is a very mysterious plant i mean to this day that planet is worshipped to be the main god in our solar system. there is hidden knowledge about the planet that nasa does not want us to know about.
more videos like this and make them famous so that people can see them...raising awarness of such things is good and we should all have at least a bit of interest in this...
My children enjoy each and every video posted on this youtube Spitzer account! I was shocked to see their attention span lasted through every video. :) *Cheers

electrons don't actually orbit the nucleus though, remember? The "Orbital" is just a probability distribution of where the electron might be.
