@bogatu2011 Adobe flash is the program he used. There are other versions of Flash and CS5.5 is the latest one. I don't know which version he used in this but you should get either CS4 or the latest CS5.5

Toonboom is also another good, less-expensive-than-Flash-prog­ram which I recommend to beginners since it's not as pricey. I don't know if you can do this exactly in ToonBoom but Toonboom is still a great counterpart to Flash if you don't have a lot of money to spend.
