@diogok True, but I am a Sydneysider too, and I just meant that I think some of the things the guides say are not accurate and are said just for the sake of being "funny". I have never heard anybody call it the golden bucket, ever! I understand these people are not professional tour guides, however if it were me, I would try to give as accurate information as possible, it's okay to throw in some jokes but not at the expense of accuracy... just my opinion! :-)

Nope, it is correct to say that a building is unfinished until it is finished.
