BTW I HAVE to see this! I read The Graphic Novel Pyonyang by Guy Delisle a few years ago. It's his experiences working for an animation company in North Korea. The place is more ghastly then the media reports.
When he asked why he never saw a handicaped person his designated handler said "we have no handicapped people in North Korea". The implication is horrific.
