welcome to generation youtube. any spoiled brat with a video camera will attempt to be a junior journalist without even bothering to research their subject matter.
I see no indication that polling was going on while this was filmed, let alone any sign of a room with voting machines. How do we know how far this literature was from the actual voting?
Campaign lit must be 10 from the door of the room holding the polling machines. In my poll, a Republican committee person was giving out literature inside the church holdign the polls, but 15 feet from the door of polling plce.
PA Law: Campaign Lit allowed inside the building holding the voting machines, but must be 10 feet from the room holding the voting machines. The Republican Committeeperson at my poll was inside the Church building giving out Republican literature, but was about 15 ft from the room hold the machines. Both the local Republican Judge of Elections and the Pennsylvania Secretary of State said that as long as the campaigning is at least 10 feet from the room holding the machines, it is allowed.
All you need is a voting machine that will print out a receipt of your vote for you to keep.
