You have made a complete change. I plan to start fasting the 27th of January in remembrance a parents death. I plan to fast until I loose 100 lbs. To get to 170. f the contest is still open please include me. I need support in some way as I live with my husband who does eat. I have a few fears... But want to become a better me. My weight not is 270, Goal weight (for now) is 170. I suddenly gained 80 lbs in January- March. My body needs to reboot. Add me @ any water fasters. I need support!!

Growing up I have always been a bigger girl,and after high school to now I am at my highest weight and very unhappy about it and want to change it is just so hard, but I am ready to do whatever it takes.
My starting weight is 318,and my final goal would be around 150 but I just want to feel good, so whatever amount of weight it takes to make me feel good would be my ideal weight.
My starting weight was 231lbs. My ideal weight is to be 135. I have begin my transformation on 10/25/11and present I weigh at 221.4. It does come hard sometimes because I have to cook for my children. Then it's like everyone is cooking or want to dine out and want me to be part of the social gatherings. I would love to have the motivational CD I think it will keep me going. Now I watch others video or my older pictures to keep me going. Its a challenge but I need to do this for me.
320lbs I would like to be at 150. I think having someone relate to my struggle with weight would be great and knowing that there is a success story that is real could give me motivation...I have a young daughter who has never seen me healthy.

My starting weight is 335lbs. My goal is 175lbs. I feel that a free session would give me more insight as to how to fast the right way and keep me motivated toward my goal of 40 days. I enjoy ur sessions on here and a live session would be more personal and more for me.
I feel like I will gain a better understanding of the fasting process and what it can do for me and how I can best utilize fasting as a tool for natural weight loss. I have fasted before and am currently on an extended fast, but I feel like I still have a lot to learn. I have started many fasts only to give up on the first day due to my own inadequacies and I would like to know how I can overcome the mental hurdles that keep people from achieving their fasting goals.

I want to lose the weight before my 27 birthday. I would like to have the CD for motivation because I don't want to be fat anymore.
Hey there!!! My current weigth is 230lbs O_o. This is the biggest I've been in all my life, and I'm pretty short (5'5). My goal weight is anywhere from 145lbs to 130lbs, depending on how I look once I get towards that weight (me on the other hand, I have a large frame). I honest believe that the positive affirmation CD would be a HUGE benefit to me because it helps to have daily inspiration especially when its uniquely JUST for ME! Also coaching would help because fasting is something that is...
@orbitz89 looked at in a negative view point. I've tried to fast for longer periods, but soemhow just end up giving in to my food addition. And it makes it just that much more harder when there isn't support pushing you to continue. I know I need to make a change NOW! The weight is unhealthy and unattractive, and its a huge barrier in my life. I could really USE the added motivation and support. BTW... your videos are very helpful and supportive, but its nothing like a one on one. Thanks

I think the hour long coaching session because I think you could help me get past my own mental blockages that make me trip all over myself when I am trying to get past the 5th day of fasting.
