  • Never trust an advertisement that tries to pretend a person works in the medical field while wearing high heels. (person on far right at 3:03) Also, what if the scar tissue that forms around the springs starts growing up into her ovaries? Ovarian cysts can cause medical nightmares.

  • @smalltownguy22 Would it be better if she had several abortions?

It’s nice to see a female take responsibility for her own body.

She could have demanded that her husband have surgery, but that doesn’t stop her from getting pregnant. Who knows what the situation is there and it’s none of your business anyway.

She made the right “choice” and you need to mind your own fucking business.

If you don’t want to take responsibility for your own body then you need to “Zip IT Up"

  • @KevinMerck Better to have a short outpatient surgery known as a vasectomy. No worries, very rarely has complications, and you're only sore for 2 weeks. Compare that to the female getting her tubes tied and being sore for a month or more. Plus it is much cheaper for the male to get snipped. Also what are you talking about with the lady getting pregnant from other men? Also you failed to mention anything about the fake looking actors posing as medical experts.

  • @smalltownguy22

Take responsibilty for your own body nutcase.

  • Natural Family Planning > Getting things shoved into your perfectly functioning reproductive system.

  • Yeah because that's easy when you're married. *rolls eyes*

  • why would ANYONEEEEEEEE do this. seriously u dont want children dont have sex?!?!?!!?!

  • @maronarnaut1 Well considering she already had the children that she wants, she wants to have sex without worrying about having any more. Seriously? Are you a virgin? Because you can't just STOP having sex. Especially when you've already had Sex with the guy you're with -_-. Learn something. Kid.

  • @091supergirl

Yes you can just STOP having sex.

Its called "willpower". I've been a faithful practitioner for 6 years.

  • @RickLowerboy84 Sex isn't simply an activity for procreation, people should be able to enjoy sex without the burden of having children they don't really want.

  • @prepschoolkid if they dont want to have kids they should not have sex it is called a reproductive system not a feel good system also the reason it even came to be was to stop the Nigers from reproducing but now you people look at it as i can have sex and not worry about having a baby

  • @dra314 You know the clitoris? It serves NO reproductive purpose whatsoever. It simply exists to give pleasure to the woman. Humans are one of the few species of animals that are capable of having sex, for reasons other than procreation. Sex is supposed to feel good and there is absolutely nothing wrong with that.

  • @dra314 I find your comment to be the most ignorant and unfounded response here!!! Your reference to the existence of this procedure being attributed "stop the Nigers from reproducing" is both untrue, extremely offensive, and lastly MISPELLED! If you're going to make such derogatory comments you should at least know how to spell!!

  • @christian32674 well you look up eugenics then look up maafa 21 look it up on here an the word i spelled is correct (niger) but you 2 stupid:-\ to look it up well sorry for that but look up your info befor you try to dispute it and even if i did spell some words worng you still understood

Niger black, a surname of Simeon (Acts 13:1). He was probably so called from his dark complexion

see you should rescearch be for you try to talk

    love And peace

  • @christian32674 but they say christ was white

  • @dra314

    STFU yo retarded catholic.

  • Respond to this video... no you need to learn something if i kill some one can i stop killing even though i have already killed some one

  • @maronarnaut1 I enjoy sex and I'd rather not have to worry about getting pregnant.

  • speaking of birth control, check out the video for my game in production for the iphone, it's about birth control!

  • stupid perverts.

what i dont understand is why on earth a sane sound woman would allow a man to examine, look at her private sex organs.

what a dishonourable woman they have there in the u.s.

i bet that filthy perverts in already wetting his trousers whilst doing the proceedure.

here in saudi, so man is ever allowed to be the personal doctor of a woman, and no woman here would go a male doctor.

THIS IS PROOF OF MORAL DEGENERATION.

  • @abdullahalmahmood you're kind of right.. in your own perspective.. i felt weird and embarrased to go to a male doctor but i belive this doctor and most of the male doctors have a respectful attitude towars their procedures... and i wouldnt go in if i see the doctor eyeing women or is just plain weird... haha

  • @sgwtmsb the only reason why he is acting fine and not ejaculating whilst doing it, is because there is a camera on his face, on international braodcast.thats probably the only reason.

there was a document which privately filmed the bad treatment of patients in hopitals in some european countries, and they privately filmed doctors which were discussing examining the private parts of a woman, and they were talking about the foul genital smell etc.

  • @abdullahalmahmood There is no truer,MORAL DEGENERATION than IGNORANCE. So,why are YOU here "Mr Moral"? Are you looking for porn & you found this instead? There in Saudi? Are you kidding? You're living in the stone age!

Our men aren't unwashed, sex crazed pigs! In the civilized world, Male & Female Dr.s are professional. It's not sex, it's medicine! FYI: Gynecological exams aren't fun & they hurt. But they are necessary to check for Cancer, disease & fertility issues. You boys are so stupid.

  • @abdullahalmahmood Oh, your false morality? LAME. We all know the only reason women are suppressed over there is because you silly little boys are scared of them. You can't control yourselves so you control what stimulates you. How childish! You can't look at a photo of a woman's face without getting aroused..So who's the pervert now?

Oh & treating a gift from God like garbage? (Woman,"Eve" was God's gift to Man, "Adam") I'd bet that God's not too happy with any male's disrespect to His gift.

  • @etonks if controll enough was going to work, then it would have worked in your pathetic United Snakes of America where a woman is raped every 2 minutes you piece of human excrament, where is your brain?

if a woman covers modestly, and a man lowers his gaze, the two actions will meet in the middle, then there will be equilibrium idiot.

it doesnt work in one way, controll goes both ways.

dont speak without knowledge next time.

  • @abdullahalmahmood A real man doesn't rape. An arrogant bastard does & yes, we have some here. But rape doesn't go unreported like in your backward pile of sand. In the US rape victims are cared for & the attacker is punished. In Saudi, victims of rape are often blamed, lashed & killed. What a bunch of backward & uncivilized savages. Equilibrium? What a joke! You don't even recognize a woman's human rights! What a stupid pile of dog crap you are!

I'll speak as I please you stupid, little boy.

  • @etonks rape victims are blamed in places like somalia, where13 year old aishah from mugadishu got stoned, NOT in saudi you piece of dirt.if a woman is raped in saudi, then her and the suspect will go to court, and there must be concrete, undoubtable, undisputed evidence for the suspect to get beheaded for rape. thats the punishment here.

  • @abdullahalmahmood Jan 21, 2010 – A Filipino woman in Saudi Arabia is scheduled to be lashed 100 times by the government as punishment for being raped.

In Saudi Arabia rape victims or their families seldom report the crime. They'd rather guard the family honor. But what happens to the victims? Girls who have lost their virginity are regarded as worthless & without a future. Counseling for the victims will have to forgo in place of saving family honor.

  • @abdullahalmahmood Let's grow up, both of us & stop calling each other names.

SHARIA LAW OF RAPE: In case a woman gets raped she is considered guilty of adultery unless she can provide four adult muslim male witnesses who had watched the action and who would testify that the sex was actually forced on her.Her punishment is stoning to death if she is married or 100 lashes if single.

The Bible's been perverted too by offenders to protect offenders.

That's why God gave us hearts & brains.

  • @etonks and i tell you this for a fact, after seeing the punishment for rape here, the only person who would dare rape, murder, rob here, is a nutcase who hates his soul.

evidence such as sperms found and cameras can nowadays be used here just like overthere.

    and unreported?

our country is not pakistan/congo you silly possom.

in the deserts it may not be reported, but every clan looks out for its females, and would die&kill for their homour, that i can tell you.

  • @abdullahalmahmood I am all for strong punishment of rapists! I don't think they should be killed but castrated, actually. All you have to do is search for statistics on rape in Saudi & you see all the reports of mistreatment, severe punishment & some executions of the VICTIMS. Like that guy who was raping children as young as 8 years old in in Jeddah, many families wouldn't report it. The father of the 8 year old refused to call the police because he didn't want people to talk & was ashamed !

  • @abdullahalmahmood The child was badly injured physically & mentally.A loving father would want to point the finger at & kill the rapist himself. Evidence? I've read it has to be the testimony of men who watched it! In the US, they'd be tried as accomplices for not doing anything! Dr.s aren't the perpetrators. Uneducated sickos are. Rape's not about sex but control & violence. Rape declines when more men learn to respect the gift God gave them, not abuse them. There's NO excuse for rape.

  • @abdullahalmahmood The Congo is a Hell. Rape's not about sex. It's about power. That doesn't make a country with lower reports better. Blaming the victim is like attacking her again. What do they do to males who rape boys? Do they punish those victims too? Are they called worthless too? Would they punish a victim of theft or the family of a murder victim? Acknowledging that it happens is a step in to help reduce it & helping the victims recover.

It's repressed people who go nuts, most often.

  • what! no male doctors are in it to see you naked. all those years of of dedication and sacrafice so they can see your vagina for a couple mins. ya that makes total sense if i were heading thru med school i would be a an ob for so many reasons.

  • Wow...If you really think a man would go through years of difficult exspensive school just to see a vagina you're insane. Most male obs are married and don't forget the fact that not only do they have to treat attractive skinny women they have to treat giant fat women who probably haven't touched a razor to their vagina ever and smells repulsive due to how much they sweat and they have no ventilation down there because they are HUGE!! Do you think any man would go through all that when they

  • know they will have to see even nasty vagina. Idk if you've ever been pregnant but if you have you know gross things happen to your vagina. It leaks constantly and gets fat and swollen and you sweat more during pregnancy so that won't help matters either. And obs are surrounded by pregnant vag so I'm sure they don't enjoy it that much. And I have heard about male drs abusing their practice and hurting women however that doesn't mean all male drs are pervs. It's just the same as saying

  • that there are male preachers who molest children so we can't go to a church where there is a male preacher....And I'm sure you don't do that seeing as how you're all worried about your virtue and stuff. I call bs because it's always the ones who freak out over little dumb shit who are the whores cheating on their spouses. Honestly I don't know how male doctors even continue their practice with loud mouth prejudice idiots like you running around making accusations. Why don't you grow up..?

  • wow this lkd so quick and painless, most of us are thinking. this jus wasnt a feotus that was murdered but a human being. why are ppl doing this, it breaks my heart.

  • Its her choice of choosing her doctor-Mind it. Second, doctor is a doctor ENTIRELY different; similar to the way you treat your mother & your wife ENTIRELY different!!!

  • omg you guys are so stuped his a doctor

  • A male doctor? uh....ew. On the one hand he sounds like he might be gay, but still! Weird.

  • @CamillaCalamity alot of male doctors preform this prosegure and others like it, you gotta remember doctors have seen like ten thousand of the suckers and are compleatly profeshonal....my gaydar is goin off to butt ur right it is totaly up to the women if they are comfortable or not :)

  • Sometimes I wonder if people really think things through before leaving a comment.........dbrci!!!

  • This woman could have just as easily went to a female doctor to have this done! This woman should of had more respect for herself and also her husband. You can even see that she is blushing from the exposure. What a messed up world we live in!

  • @Suzanne20198 You provide a solid example as to why one should always check a persons profile/channel page before replying to a comment of theirs. Thankfully this spared me from pointlessly wasting time trying to explain the wrongs of sexism to a sexist. Yes, you are one and women can be sexist.

  • @sarahsinau "Sexist"? So be it! I'd rather be "sexist" than a "ho". This is why the divorce rate in the world is so high. Some women would just rather take it all off, rather than conceal it for their husbands, unless of course in an emergency. If there is time to make an appointment, then there is time for modesty!

  • As fun as it is to philosophise about morality and the perfect way to live, in reality we have to make do with less than perfection. Being..uh..human, all doctors have the primal sex-brain tucked away back there. That's life. They are however trained psychologically to manage it in all the ways that are morally important.

Likewise, most women patients and their husbands have the mental fortitude to seperate emotional from physical intimacy in a medical procedure. Your views are exaggerated.

  • @sarahsinau @sarahsinau Marriages and relationships are supposed to be exclusive, not inclusive. "Exaggerated"..., I don't think so. Check-out the following link of a male ob/gyn who was accused of wrong doing just this year:

Way too many male doctors have crossed the line in the past, so why should a woman take the chance.

  • @sarahsinau '"trained psychologically "now how r u sure what really is going on in their minds if i may ask? i have a sister where the fucking ob/gyn didnt even use a glove to probe her. what a fucking monster !

  • @Suzanne20198 Oh who cares who did the damn procedure it doesn't change anything in the long run.

  • @MrIam1nsane Like hell it doesn't. This woman electively went and spread her legs unecessarily to some strange guy, when a woman doc could have just as easily done it. This is direspectful to her spouse as shown in the video.

  • @Suzanne20198 Well I don't see what it would have changed. If her spouse did have a problem, she would've gone to a female doctor. And even if it is a female doctor, what does it change? I think all people should have the same rights, whether they be male or female.

  • @Suzanne20198

    O.o

It's a doctor, on camera, with a woman nurse standing right there.

So don't go to a male OB/GYN if you don't wanna show your goods, but fuck.

If her spouse had an issue with it, then he probably would've said something.

  • @Blaiziification It's still improper and disrespectful to her spouse in my opinion. She could have just as easily went to a female doctor to have this done. And before anyone tries to play the "lesbo" card, it is easy to find a female doctor who is married, and who has had children of her own for a woman to go to. Peace!

  • @Suzanne20198

    O.o

a female doctor could be a lesbian undercover, or even bisexual.

There are women && men who are married with kids, who end up coming out of the closet after all this, if you *really* wanna get technical about it all.

  • @Blaiziification This thought is far less likely than a male doctor being a perv..., but like I said, it is possible to find a female doctor who is married, and who has children of her own.

  • @Suzanne20198

a female nurse is always there in proper visit to the gynecologist if the doctor is a male. this procedure is non invasive&permanently blocks the tubes. Most male doctors are very professional,(most qualified should count) he should not be giving any problems because he is not going under the knife and she is not either. It is great that they found ways to give women permanent birth control through natural openings of women. There are more non surgical options for us.

  • @davidkat100 Well, she could have still gone to a female doctor to get this done!

  • @Suzanne20198 OMG UR RITE this is wat i been noticing,it feels good m not alone i mean i m more comfortable infrnt of a woman doc but still hun a doc is a doc but again we r human and our mind play games with us so its better to have a female doc.

  • @famous4noor Thanks for the reply gal. Ya know, I find it interesting how women are raised that they shouldn't let men see them naked, including their fathers, then for them to think they can go spread-em for some strange male doctor who maybe chose medicine for a living. Then people wonder why divorce rates are so high, and also why there are so many teen pregnancies, etc.

  • Did not work for me I had it done two years ago and now Im 9 weeks pregnant and they cant tell me if I will be able to carry full term due to the endings of the insert. = 0

  • When you copulate. Please don't populate! Two children is two too many.

  • i would rather have a vasectomy done like i did back in april 1978 when i was 20 years olds do to my disability since i'm mild mentally retarded{MENTALLY CHALLENGED}i'm not capable of raising children since i have a good chance of abusing{NOT SEXUAL ABUSE}children with violence. i'm a very nervouse type of person and children get on my nerves really easy.

  • @TheBigboy46

You were smart enough to know you didn't want kids though. That puts you above more than half the population right there already. Most people don't think before shitting out a couple of kids and regretting it. :(

  • @Mokurentate i didn't want to father any children period, i know i'm not capable of raising children because of my disability. there is no way some people who are mild mentally retarded(MENTALLY CHALLENGED)can raise a child. my IQ is 65.

  • @TheBigboy46

That's what's I'm saying. Most people aren't willing to admit they're not capable of being parents. There are people out there that think everybody should experience parenthood and I think they're wrong. =/

  • @Mokurentate oh okay, i understand now what you mean.

  • A vasectomy is NOT simpler than Essure. It involves cutting and cauterization and long recovery times and Essure does not.

Essure is NOT reversible...it is very permanent unlike a tubal ligation where there is a chance that it can be reversed...this cannot.

Essure is a wonderful alternative to all the old fashioned procedures.

  • how permanant is this or how long does it last?

  • Vasectomy is simpler...

Why didn't HE got to take care of the birth control!!!!

  • xD AGREE

  • @DORAMARIE dont fix it . org

  • @DORAMARIE Vasectomy really isn't simpler and definitely is far more painful. Well, it *may* be techinically simpler (as in an easier technique for the doctor to perform), but it is nowhere near as easy on the patient. This doesn't even require local anesthetic or a week+ recovery time like vasectomy does, let alone incisions at cauterization. From the looks of it and the woman's reaction, this is about as traumatic as a PAP smear.

  • @DORAMARIE

They should both do just to be sure! :D

  • @DORAMARIE no but most people prefere to hav at least one bfore they do it.

  • @DORAMARIE You're out of your mind if you think a vasectomy is easier than this one. She was in an out in a few minutes and no cutting or recovery time.

  • @DORAMARIE It is not simpler you idiot. Did you not just watch this video? This is a reversible non-surgical procedure unlike a vasectomy. Vasectomy also increases the chance of prostate cancer in men. A vasectomy is a permanent method of birth control, which means the man will not be able to father any more children. This does not fit everyone's plan in life.

  • @aquaponicsFL Fun how you debate by insulting. This only reflects badly on you dear. Women have been taking care of birth control for ages. Now that there are other solution, males should approach this issue in the same way women do.

  • @DORAMARIE No one is disputing that, but it's stupid to state that HE should have taken care of it and imply men should always be first to sterilize themselves. Medical procedures have risks and consequences. Sometimes, one option doesn't make sense when another does. I am sure the couple in this video discussed the options and came to a responsible decision. However, you want to blindly shift responsibility to men. Next time think before you speak or decide to go bra burning in the streets.

  • @aquaponicsFL Insane...

  • @DORAMARIE Indeed you are...

  • @aquaponicsFL May God forgive you. Happy Easter!

  • Comment removed

  • @DORAMARIE think aboit it if something goes worng and he cant get it up.... well she leaves him... atleast thats what ive heard coming from some women they simply dont want to risk it not functioning anymore they CHOOSE to do it... the man may offer though but if she wants to do it shes going to do it... ya know

  • @DORAMARIE think about it if something goes wrong and he cant get it up.... well she leaves him... atleast thats what ive heard coming from some women they simply dont want to risk it not functioning anymore they CHOOSE to do it... the man may offer though but if she wants to do it shes going to do it... ya know

  • @DORAMARIE It's simple. Coz HE aint the one stuck with the baby. LOL I really don't know, at ur first chance ask God. Bible says its the price of your mother Eve decieving Adam her husband, but I wasnt there so its 2000+yr old information or like Billionth hand information.

  • i have to take birth control for two reasons 1 to help with my period. & reason 2 i dont really need to say why.

  • I had this done after seeing this show. I must say it was pretty much pain free!!!!! after child birth please this was nothing!!!!! They do give u drugs so enjoy!!! there was cramping(mild and bleeding) but i was up walking around right away then went home to sleep off the drugs lol

  • Me too

  • I would have been sooo uncomfortable if a man doctor was doing that to me

  • That doctor sees 100's of women down there. You ain't got nothing he hasn't seen before.

  • I know but I would still be uncomfortable

  • Well it don't take long to have Essure done. So he wouldn't be looking at you very long. The plus side of it. Is you wouldn't be getting pregnant.

  • I could see this turning out bad for many women. Anytime you put foriegn material inside your body ....*shakes head*. Def not for me. Hats off to any woman who has the balls (pun intended) to go through with it. I hope their aren't any horror stories later after enough women have this done.

    There always is unfortunately.

  • does a woman need to already have children to qualify for this procedure?

  • No you don't need children. To have that done

  • @rabidmonkeyjoe

    good question!

  • @rabidmonkeyjoe

Ideally, if the doctor is fair and unbiased, no. :)

  • @rabidmonkeyjoe No, but the doctor might ask you a few questions as to whether or not you are sure about your choice.

  • @rabidmonkeyjoe Yep I already looked into it!!! Because everyone knows every women wants to be a baby factory.....

    >8(

  • @rabidmonkeyjoe No; but I think you have to at least be in your late 20s.

  • @rabidmonkeyjoe it depends on your doctor. I don't have kids and I found a doctor willing to do the Essure procedure on me.

  • Is there a side effect of weight gain?

  • Comment removed

  • I rather get cut open right above my pevlic or whatever that part of the body is called where you feel your cramps. then have a doctor pry my legs open on a cold mental table and stick things in me telling me I'm amazing. bleh...¬¬

  • eww

  • I think it is a great alternative to someone who is not a surgery candidate in a out-pt surgery center setting due to health history. The block i saw was a paracervical and did not help much. We also gave 60 mg of toradol IM and 10mg of valium po 30-45 prior to procedure. I'm sorry about my ill feelings but when a cervix is like concrete--as a woman i would rather be asleep and comfortable than miserable!!

  • I think this video did not show the true discomfort that patients have when done in the office. I think it should have been mentioned that patient selection is a big key. If you have not had a vaginal delivery then should really reconsider this done in the office. I work in an office where this is performed and have seen it first hand. Love the concept but people need to be more informed

  • As a physician who has performed over 45 essure procedures in office, the procedure only requires a standard speculum exam. It makes no difference whether a patient has had a vaginal delivery or not. Comfort of the patient has more to do with the proper anesthetic block . I have had many referrals from patients pleased with this procedure done in the office setting. I find it to be a breakthrough procedure which will put an end to standard tubal ligation.

    Ronald Sancetta, MD (305)253-8700

  • I wish this had been around 19 years ago! I have a little smiley face scar under my belly button where they went in and cut and tied my tubes. I was really quite sore, bruised and a little swollen for about a week. This seems much easier!

  • Yes this is a revolutionary procedure which will put an end to conventional hospital based tubal ligation. Simple, quick, and well tolerated when performed by physicians with experience in the proper technique. There is no turning back. Less risk, less pain, no scar, great success rates. I see no reason to go back to the old method. those who say otherwise simply aren't seeing the procedure performed with the proper anesthetic block. Ronald Sancetta, MD (305) 253-8700

  • What type of proper anesthetic block do you use?? I've seen lidocaine used for a paracervical block but that sure doesn't help totally when you introduce the hysteroscope. It still causes some cramping. And i've seen cases where it is difficult to find the tube to insert the essure devices. I agree it is great and a slick procedure for some patients but not for ALL.

  • The proper anesthetic block can be performed with dilute lidocaine. I would consider the block that I do much different than a paracervical block. The block is more of a parauterine block. The block needs to reach the nerve supply to the mid uterus . Many doctors are not giving the right type of block. I have done well over 110 combined procedures(ablations and essures) in the past two years and patients are very comfortable with the procedure in my office. Ron Sancetta, MD (305)253-8700

  • And this dilute lidocaine parauterine block---just how is it administered to reach the uterus? I've seen spinal needles used with lidocaine not even diluted not reach the uterus. The M.D.'s i am talking about have also been doing Essure and ablations for well over 2 years. You still just won't accept the fact and admit that some patients this is MAY not be the best option. If you will not admit this then i'm glad i'm not your patient.

  • 1/2 % lidocaine with epi is used. 1 1/2 inch needle on needle entender. Occasionally 3-4 inch spinal needle if uterus is very large. I guess it is easy for you to criticize since you have no idea how I am blocking the uterus and you only know about how your doctor is proceeding with his cases. My cases generally go as depicted in the Youtube video. And with your negative attitude, I'm also glad you're not my patient.

  • 2% lidocaine is used where i have seen it used with epi and that doesn't always work. Like i have said in many of the other posts. I am not saying this is not suitable for some patients. Where i don't get it is where you are so adamant that this is great for EVERYONE. Let's be real. Rather your a male or female. Some men would do better with a vasectomy in an out patient setting than an in the office procedure. It is all about proper patient selection. What is best for the patient. Right

  • I actually use "half" % lidocaine(0.5%) which allows me to safely use 40cc of anesthetic. This is why I can block a much larger area than if I used 1% or 2% lidocaine. Of all of the patients that I have done this procedure on, only 1 was done in the hospital, and this was due to insurance reasons. I give pre-procedure meds( Toradol 60mg im, Xanax 1mg p.o., and hydrocodone 10mg p.o., Motrin 800mg) Patients are very relaxed with this regimen and can be blocked properly with lidocaine.

  • The woman on this video said she just felt mild cramping. R U saying EVERY patient experience more discomfort then what this lady is saying? Or some of them?

  • Every person has a different pain tolerance. What is mild to one person may be major to another. From what i have seen i would say on a scale from 1 to 10 most women have atleast a pain level of 5 during the procedure. If you are not a person who does well with discomfort, you can still choose to have this procedure that has less down time due to no incisions. You may just do better in an out-pt surgery center with some anesthesia to be more comfortable. It would be a very minimal amount.
