As for the claim of them NOT being from Canada, here's what they say at trooper.com about Ra: One of the two members of Trooper, Ra McGuire was born in 1950 in Vancouver, British Columbia. Notice the correct spelling...

  • My name is Richard Gordon and I am an English teacher from Houston Texas. I have always hated poetry so I use trooper songs in class as an alternative to the set curriculum. I have since been fired from the school for sexual impropriety but Trooper will always have a place in my heart. Rock on!

  • dude---you're fucked up!

  • @brentski67 Yes, T.M.I.

  • This was my fear as well, which is why i forced myself to lose my virginity when I was seventeen.I didn't want to wind up like you. But,assuming these were grade twelve students I sympathize with you, but only for one reason:the way these girls are dressing and the multiple sexual partners many of these girls have already had...it makes it tough. But,dude if you are as old as I think you are, and any teacher at any age should not be trying to score dates with their students... Even in college.

  • not sure why u needed to inform me if your employment status and the reason you are no longer a teacher, but thank you for your comments i appreciate them
