At 10:19, the cosrsair dropped the tailhook for a carrier landing. At 10.53, it was in ots upright position.

@texastruthblog They used alot of "stock" footage in the show. When Pappy takes off he has 14 kills on the side of the plane, when he's airborne he has 6

Poor Casey. That's what happens when you are the only one who wasn't court-martialed.
I don't think Jim is ever going to forgive Pappy about that.
