But if the umpire dose not think that he made an attempt to move away from the ball it is counted as a ball. The call could go either way but the umpire must of thought, he must of thought he didnt try to not get hit/

yea, not a very good angle, couldn't see the ball at all once it hit the dirt...but I would have to say it was a good call because the umps did the right thing by conferring so I would say it was the right call for the angle we saw
