  • SUPERB CHOPPER WELL DONE MATE. MARIO FROM ENGLAND "EUROPE"

  • Wild bike dude youve done an awesome job.

  • 10/10

  • a chopper that actually looks comfortable, nice!

  • una verga

  • That's so nice!! How it weight? 200 kilograms ?

  • Well judging by the originality and formality of this video. I can see you may be a very sophistocated person. I will not file an antidisestablishmentarianism. haha lol Nice bike though

  • 250cc's or not, That is a cool looking sled you got there!

  • It's okay dude. Kurt Cobain didn't speak very good English in his songs but everyone knew what he was saying.

  • gówno

  • Looking at your bike you speak my language just fine!

  • Very nice 70's custom look. Good job.

  • a very classy chop bro, thank you for the video, ride free.

  • Это счастье для лохов...

  • sometimes smaller engines are more fun thats one sweet bike dude keep it up :D

  • That is by far one of the coolest things i had ever seen.

  • rock'n roll.....................................

  • Nice.............................

  • cool bike .

  • Ok, I understand now! It's for japanese laws! Thank you! Very nice bike! I love it!

  • Why you took a 250cc engine? You should have take a bigger engine. At least 750cc or 1100cc

  • @RainAlpert

In Japan, 250cc or less are free to do remodeling.

The further thing very has difficult registration.

  • @RainAlpert dude, wheres your chopper/bobber spirit. work with what you got...that bike has some mad crazy og shit on it......the powerplant is just an accesory on this bitch. roller status itself is fucken crazy

  • Why you took a 250cc engine! You should take a bigger engine. At least 750cc or 1100cc

  • NICE!

  • Love bike...

Don't do any sharp turns. :)

  • Very nice. I love it!

  • CrudeDude, you make all Americans look bad when you use racial slurs and insult a better man than yourself. This guy has the determination and skill to make something beautiful out the commmon ordinary bike. IMHO you're the one who needs "..extension". You should be slapped.

  • @python1590

A long sentence is too good for me and cannot read.sorry!!

    I love 70's Kustom.OK?

  • @toguro110 No my brother you misunderstand me I was miffed at CrudeDude for making dipareging remarks. Please forgive the misunderstanding. I am on your side. I should have taken into consideration your English barrior. A thousand apologies for this lack of communication.

  • I'm sorry with little English.

  • Toguro, impresive work. I'm a HD biker and have bikes in the Philippines. I had a Virago for my o'lady in the US several years ago as she was too short for a HOG. I LOVED that bike. I have been looking to get a 250 Virago chopper in the Philippines. You have noe baffel in your pipes is it loud enough? Can you make it louder? When you open the pipes you will naturally run a leaner fuel/air mixture. Is that a concern on a 250? Can you re-jet the carb to compensate if so?

  • This motorcycle has baffel in pipes. It became more fuel-efficient than the chastity by a sprocket change and the inch up of the tire, carburetor adjustment, etc...max34.5km/l

  • @toguro110 I have a stock XV250..I'd love to have it rev lower on the highway, what sprocket changes did you make? SICK chop, by the way!

  • @TechMaven

My sprocket is made by "AFAM"(France)

With special order product, it was about US$150.

  • Pedazo de chopper te ha quedado con la Virago, enhorabuena y a disfrutarla.

  • nice bike and good modifications i have a dragstar yamaha 400, i would like to customize like this where i can do if i am not in Japan.

  • what is the trail on this motorcycle

  • awesome! i wish i had the time and money to make my 99 virago 250 look like that. I would be happy with the pipes. nice job. thank you for not using the same crap music everyone else is using.

  • Very Cool never seen one like it in UK or europe Mike custom cruisers - great build- do you get much flex in frame as not a lot of bracing- Mike great video-

  • Even the name Virago screams "penis extension". And who needs one more than an Asian?

    LOL!

  • @CrudeDude you....hahahahahahahaha

  • that thing is sick.......i love it

  • @grizzlyace2007

    I an sick.Ilove longfork chopper.

  • beautiful bike, excellent work

  • Toguro you are up there with Jessie James,Arlen Ness,Indian Larry, all the greats. just one bad ass chopper.

  • beautiful job , what is the dimensions up tube/backbone & rake? i would love to chop my 1400 intruder like this.

  • nice bike, looks like its fun to ride judging from the big smile your wareing.

  • that bike is sick...

  • hola ttenho a 98 virago 250 and it becomes like your kind could send me some pictures. I guarantee that not only stayed the same but I need information on how to build. grateful.

  • You did a great job on this ride. Beautiful.

  • Nice chopper!

I think it would look even better with a Sportster-like tank...but thats just my taste.

I like the way the chopper really stretches out, and the colour looks great in the streetlights.

    Great job!

  • Very Impressive!!!!

  • horrible

  • The reason with many 250cc motorcycles is a Japanese law.????? what is the law ??

    beautiful bike

  • @pipatic

In Japan, I can remodel the motorcycle equal to or less than 250cc freely.

You must pass severe inspection to remodel the large displacement volume car.

The custom of the large displacement volume car is possible, but a lot of money is necessary.

  • beautiful !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • sweet ride!

  • amazing bike,perfection

  • Hey Toguro-san!

Really nice bike you have built. I read the comments and thought some about the high speed instability, I belive your fork head or triple tree or what yanks call it is a little bit too short for that nice fork maybe? Try clamping the webb-fork together right below it and see if that helps with stability? Really nice bike and to all you haters that whine about HD and such; This guy has forgot more about chopping and art than you will ever know. Ride well Toguro :)

  • @fufuburn

This motorcycle passed for approximately 7 years since it was completed. The mileage is 30,000 km.

Therefore it is almost the overhaul time of the front fork soon.

Because the gutter of the front fork comes out, I think that more than 100km/h are dangerous.

  • @toguro110

This +100 km/h instability made me dig around some and I remembered this guy and his fight against the swedish inspection authority on bikes here: tolle dot se > lang:eng > technical hints > measure trail

Mig/ht be something to incorporate in a future rebuild. :) Apparently Tolle himself outrun the standard bikes at the inspection cone zig zag test using an oversized fork and this theory (!). Good luck Toguro110.

  • NICE BIKE!

  • NICE BIKE

  • NICE BIKE

  • I love the bike! Toguro, your English is just fine. I used to have an '89XV1100. Now I have an '05 V-Star 1100. How did you calculate the rake and trail of the long fork?

  • @BikerHook

    fine?

    I am glad. Thank you!!

rake and trail are ... perception.

  • cool bike!!!

  • The custom , long fork chopper that you built , using a 250 motor, really looks awesome! Old school choppers rock!

  • That is the coolest 250 ever...

  • @barfoeng

    Thankyou!!

  • very cool bike, but 250??? I used to have a customized longfork XV750 and it was slow! Imagine a 250! A waste of decoration built around a weak engine...

  • @grvulture

The reason with many 250cc motorcycles is a Japanese law.

Because they commented before, the details will leave it out.

  • @toguro110 oh, ok my friend, now I understand! If it is so, then this is a cool bike! ;)

  • Nice bike, that's one heck of a front end, sure looks cool going down the road...

  • @primostoy

    thankyou!!

  • nice bike. with the next bike you build, please use a bigger motor and please don't put extra shit on the tank. for the rest, i like this bike

  • @geewizboogieman

MADMAKERS makes Harley and the large displacement volume motorcycles.

However, I have a feeling that small displacement volume motorcycles increase by recent Japanese economic circumstances.

Or because an environmental problem is popular.

And there are a lot of motorcycles which I do not yet photograph.

  • @toguro110

oke! i like the other film you have with the xv 250. i love the old 70's style and those bikes are more period correct than this bike. that doesn't take away the fact that this bike is cool.

  • Once again, really nice job on the bike and the video! 5 outta 5 * * * * *

  • @ajb15002

    thanx!!

  • nice look.....

  • are there motorcycle gangs in Japan?

  • @roaringwaterbay

I dont know...There may be it.

I am different. I'm "normal" wheel junkie.

  • Looks kool, nice work but it's a 250cc!!! Nice try on the Harley sound effects though.

  • Exhaust sound is a live sound of XV250.

The point revitalizing a throw sounds like a low tone.

    thankyou!

  • Less music more bike.

  • NICE!

  • Toguro, I love this bike you created. I currently own and ride a '94 Virago 1100 (all stock). In the '70's I owned a custom built hard tail with a Honda 500 engine. Similar to the machine here.Mine was all square tube construction, king/queen seat, springer forks, dual lights like yours, cresent moon on the front wheel, butterfly gas tank. Thanks for the memories. If we were in the position to do so, I would to turn you loose on a 250 for me!

  • @seniorsurveyor

    Thankyou very much!!

I want to watch ”Hard tail Honda”.

  • nice

  • good job man

  • A 250 v-twin...who would have thought? SWEET!!

  • what the song called?

  • very very looking machine bros beautiful

  • thankyou!! very much!!

  • Awsome bike, very cool bro!

  • thankyou!!

  • thankyou!!

  • Thankyou Toguro. I will see what I can find. Ride Free

  • Hi Toguro. Great Bike! How much did it cost? And where can I get a set of plans to build one? I am in New Zealand

  • By the present, it took about 2,000,000 yen. (About 20,000 US dollars)

I do not understand the New Zealand custom shop, but there is the visitor (an American) resident in U.S.A. in MADMAKERS.

(I had a New Zealand friend translate it into English.)

In my homepage, I make a link to a shop worried about each country.

  • is it eazy to turn the coners concidering it is a long fork?

  • It is easy for a long fork.

When I ran for the first time, I was able to turn with one hand.

I contribute to the fact that I adjusted steering weight to angle of the fork and neck angle of the frame, it with good balance.

(I used a 1 inch pipe of thickness 5 millimeters.)

  • Awesome!!!

  • thankyou!!

  • Cool, super bike. Absolute TOP!

  • thankyou very much!!

  • Sexy bike Toguro. Bad ass ride!

  • Because English ability is poor, cool words are not caught in me. Thank you!

  • Great looking and sounding bike. It's too bad that it's unstable at high speed. My stock XV 250 is rock steady at 80mph.

  • This front fork is not able to bear the vibration at the high speed.

About around 100km/h are comfortable speed.

I want to run fast if I make a chopper with Harley.

    thankyou!

  • cool chopper !!!

  • thankyou!

  • I'm not a chopper kind of guy , but I did have a yamaha xv 250... totally stock of course... but yours is by far,the coolest xv 250,I've ever seen... and I just wanted to let you know that I enjoyed seeing an xv250 done so well as a chopper... nice work.,Toguro san....also I think its cool that you are President of a MC club...

  • thankyou very much!!

  • On the black leather vest What was the name of the club you are riding with?

  • It's me. The name of the club where I belong to is YATTOKAME Motorcycle Club.

    Im president.(Very very small MC)

  • Very nice ride. Did you mach up the fram for the engine mounts or is that a frame that is made for Viragos specifically? How fast does it get up to, does it feel like it has enough power to be a dependable ride?

  • I always feel lack of power.

Because it is small displacement volume, I give it up if there is no help for it

When they produced a frame, engines formed mounting it.

I insert a thermometer for oil in the oil drain of the engine side and make hole through the oil from drain right below.

    thankyou!

  • thank u toguro san

  • toguro san, another question..which is easier in maintenance and modification..virago 250 or 535?? because in my country 250 and 535 price not much of a difference..

  • In Japan, I can hardly see 535.

Because 535cc did not have a meaning, and there was not the person to choose in a Japanese law, the release was not done either.

I have not watched the real thing of XV535.

In addition, a person choosing 250 is the majority because it is difficult to remodel the motorcycles more than 250cc legally in Japan.

  • Is it frame shape? Is it a tank? Is it a fender?

    Is it engine shape?

I think that I should choose that is near to your ideal in frame shape or the form of the part.

I think that there is the thing that big one is impressive if a law and a fund forgive it.

  • Does my English sentence come?

I'm sorry by clumsy English writings.

  • toguro san,how fast can virago 250 go?? i was thinking making one into a bobber...

  • The highest speed is 110km/h at highway.(about 8,000rpm)

An engine was able to still afford.

However, front fork was not able to bear vibration.

It was over 140km/h before when it was a little shorter front fork.

I think a front fork to be able to start it 140km/h if I added reinforcement.

  • how do you slow or stop when there's no front brake?

  • I change rear brakes for a disk from a drum.

I use the engine braking abundantly.

Then I drive it carefully slowly.

I fall down before colliding in emergency.

  • Nice modified

  • I wanna build a chopper with Hi - Pipes like that. I remember those from way back.

Very impractical - But cool to look at

  • I understand the feeling.

I love up sweep pipe, too.

    Rainwater piles up...lol.

  • and a bitch to ride and they dont turn for sh#&

  • Choppers like that are a full-on chick magnet.

Especially with a purrdee paint job.

But when you get a passenger on there, they handle even worse going slow.

I saw a chopper wreck in a parking lot once.

    Still... Love em !

A chrome sissy bar... about shoulder high then some high pipes that follow the bottom of the hardtail and turn up and follow the sissy bar, then angle back with a pair of fishtail tips <3

  • Fucking good Mister Toguro, great style, nice ride too. You are a sekkeisha. Do this kyuuha things again, because you are pa-fekuto. supashi-bo for this

  • sick ass bike dude

  • It is difficult English.

    I am pleased.

  • Well done, that is most bad bad ass 250 I have ever seen, that is just as cool or even better than most big dog chops. Probably half the cost too. Jap Cruzers Rule!!!!

  • oh... I like it, there is not a way.

  • cool classic 70's look NICE!!

  • I love 70's look!! thankyou.

  • man whats going on on 0.43??!!!!!!

  • Please easy English.

I can speake very poor English.

  • I like the black van at 2:12 , I thought older cars cant be driven in Japan??

  • Many Japanese like new cars made in Japan.

However, I like old cars made in U.S.A.

The mat black van is 90y Chevy van, but I have 83y Chevy van now.

    I want a van of 70's.

  • to CarloXLH87

I have deleted your comment by mistake. I'm sorry.

    --------------------------------

250 cc or? more doesn't matter. This is a nice ride :) I thought that 1000cc was the limit in Japan. I saw a lot of WL and Ironheads bobbers and choppers over there in many bike magazines.

    -----------------------------

  • A limit to be possible by frame remodeling without almost permission is 250cc.

If a fund is abundant, I can make a chopper with official recognition without the limit of the displacement volume in Japan.

  • That rear pipe looks fake??? thats not attached to the motor is it??

  • No.

    The exhaust pipe is genuine.

The genuine rear pipe was a dummy, but made it from beginning.

  • somebody tell me what is the actual size of that engine is it a 250cc?? im starting my own chop and im only 18 living in england with my CBT and i am only allowed to ride a 125cc i need ideas on what size engine i should get for my 1st chopper but if i get a larger engine it will be limited... any ideas??

  • This motorcycle is 250cc.

However, I like big displacement volume.

Regulation and inspection become severe when they exceed 250cc in Japan.

A lot of maintenance costs are necessary.

Therefore I make do with 250cc.

    thankyou!!

  • i like it

  • i like it

  • just imagine that fork giving way and the front wheel fall out from under it.. LOOOOL fuckin pile of CRAP!

  • Stunning, it's an insperation !!!

  • That's awesome dude! I got this in Recomended videos! It combined my two favorite things on the planet! Motorcycles and Nirvana! Keep on rockin that grunge, man!

  • like the music you put on the video

  • I like it!!!

  • nice job, like i like the tank

  • Pretty wild -- even if they can't spell "Japanese," "spokes," or "brake."

  • lol...I did not notice at all! Thank you

  • Rediculous.

  • Hi man as crazy as it is, i love it very cool bike mate

  • NIce job dude... all you've got to do now is convert it to belt drive like I did on my Venox. Then it will be 100% sick!!!

    Keep up the good work!

  • Man this bike is sik!! I regret getting rid of my xv250!

  • Now that is what I call Old School!

  • Spectacular!!!

  • Very nice!!!!

  • I will say, you have made an excellent job, why don't you teach o.c.c how to build a chopper

  • I have not watched the real thing.

It is forcible as far as I watch a picture.

It is a motorcycle to show it.

  • My opinion a bike only becomes a chopper, when it is wearing a set of girders, a twin, no electric start, only kick
