@Aiolia1995 The drummer is Michael Lee. He played with Plant and Page through the 90's and also played with numerous other well-known acts. He typically used the Big band style drum kit like Bonham as well. He passed away in 2008 from an epileptic seizure. He was really an incredible drummer in the mold of John Bonham himself.

I don't think Neil was pretending to be as good a pure guitarist as Page. Led Zeppelin and Neil Young have completely different styles, and both have made massive contributions to the music world, unlike the majority of "performers" today. Personally I love this version of the song, as well as Neil's contribution.

@RHMETAL I can't believe people think Neil "ruined" Zepps performance. He lifted them up to a new level of brilliance - metunge was born on that day in 1995. It is my personal opinion that the collaboration worked a treat. This performance is much better than the studio version of this song on Led Zeppelins album in my opinion.

Hell yes he's a great musician and anyone that knows anything about Zeppelin's live shows know that no two were ever the same, those guys were so tuned to each other they just knew what the other was going to do on a song. Just listen to it without watching the video.. The music speaks for itself!! - It's fucking awesome! Plants voice is a little rough but that's been the case since 1979! - Great version. Neil played the way he always plays, raunchy! I'm sure they practiced and if anyone had a problem with Neil I'm sure it would have come up before the performance... Since when does Robert Plant play guitar tho??

I don't think Neil was pretending to be as good a pure guitarist as Page. Led Zeppelin and Neil Young have completely different styles, and both have made massive contributions to the music world, unlike the majority of "performers" today. Personally I love this version of the song, as well as Neil's contribution.

wow, I actually am baffled as to why Neil Young needed to play here, it would have seemed logical for Jimmy to take centre stage as he is the guitarist of the band being inducted, and is clearly much more talented.

I don't even know why he was jamming with them. I'm pretty sure he didn't induct them. If I go see a Led Zeppelin reunion, I would like to hear Zeppelin play the songs I love like I heard them on the records. I wouldn't wanna hear a bunch of noisy guitar from Neil Young. I understand Neil's playing, but Zeppelin isn't a grunge band.

@RHMETAL I can't believe people think Neil "ruined" Zepps performance. He lifted them up to a new level of brilliance - metunge was born on that day in 1995. It is my personal opinion that the collaboration worked a treat. This performance is much better than the studio version of this song on Led Zeppelins album in my opinion.
