  • ANETA mis polainas esto necesito para manejar mejor jajaja...yo tenia uno de estos y era de lo mejor no lo puedo creer a los años

  • I had a similar car thing like that back in the day. Got bored of it very quickly so decided to pull it to bits and replace the built in plastic thing with my own ones drawn on FAX paper rolls. made it much more run ;P

  • I still have this thing Man I loved this thing

  • Like everybody that's left a comment, I had 1 of those as a kid also, I'm so glad somebody made a video review of it! :D such nostalgia!

  • Thats for children, no english "like a sir" allowed.

  • Stare into the subliminal for as long as you can

  • I really liked how you progressively destroyed tomy :P

  • impeding 9gag army

  • My God, why are you hitting the dash board? its a simulator:

Flip it over and check the engine!

    Ahhh, I miss the 80's.

  • I MISS THISSSSSSSS D: D':

  • YEAH!!!!

I remember playing with similar toys as a kid. I remember having a similar product that had similar mechanics, and one time, I dissected it to see what was inside, and it was nothing more than a round piece of mylar with a race track hence the "looping" nature of the program.

  • i played this! true story!

  • 35 dislikes didnt have this one :DD

  • I know I saw some version of this in the store as a kid and my neighbor hard it...My memory of it isn't very good/accurate but I could have swore the loop was longer.

  • CHILDHOOD MEMORIES!!!!! :D

  • 0:00 to skip ads

  • @groovylobster What ads? Adblock plus FTW!

  • @GreenLantern481 ssssssssssshhhhh!!!

  • When my car doesn't work, I hit it and shake it.

  • Holy crap, I had some version of this toy. As a 3 yr old (probably around there) it was awesome. I also remember having a VHS tape with a prerecorded race on it, where you would be the "driver." Heck, I was young. Fun was had! Or so I thought.

  • gear system? this obviously wasn't made for american children.

  • When it hits 7 miles, you're gonna see some serious shit

  • My grandpa made me a wooden steering wheel when I was a kid. YOU RICH BASTARDS!

  • i have to say i can see me really enjoying this as a kid if i had one, i'd probably get a kick out of it now

  • "stare into the subliminal for a long a you can"

  • Oh shit. This video reminded me that I had one of those too, a different model though where you could flip open the lights on the front, the screen was above the steering wheel and there was no dashboard like on this one. Also the looped scenery was different, actually slightly better as it had more cars and no weird geometric grid as grass.

Wish my parents never bought me this toy and spent the money on better thingsStare into the subliminal for as long as you can.

  • I love that phrase: "percussive maintenance".

  • Omg you hitted me >:(

  • Brilliant review. I remember having one of these and it didn't require me to be very vocal at all :)

  • I had this as a kid too, It was very big during the 80's it seems.

  • haha i had this, i used to concentrate so much i'd get a headache.

  • Silly Ashen. Everyone knows that the best way to let a kid experience driving is to let him drive a car.

Preferably when it's not your car.

Preferably when it's not your kid.

Preferably when you're not anywhere within a 100 miles of the event.

  • HOLLY SH!T, i used to have one of these!!! I WANT IT BACK!!!

  • Bloody Nostalgia

  • quedai en pana..jakajkajka

  • i looked on cc and it said it cost 18 parents

  • Th

  • I had one of them! OH MY FUCKING GOD! It was so awesome

  • can i have it?

  • I still have a thing like that. I loved it when I was 6. Mine didn't have the meters but still works and doesn't get stuck.

  • This seems vaguely familiar to me. I feel like I might have had one of these in Hong Kong.

  • Why review this? I mean I had one and it was garbage but why review it?

  • I had this as a kid.I remember it so clearly... xD

  • i remember when i was 5 my dad bought me a racing game like that and it was a cooler version until it broke by not turning on anymore :(

  • @turboash78 yea, if you're on of those people that think saying things with fake à or è at the end makes you fancy, then its correct, but it's not :3 bugger off ^_^

  • i had 2 of these driving simulator toys, a TMNT version and a regular version :D

  • Me wanty!

    Also... it's Por-sha.

  • I played the hell out of this when I was a kid.

  • I had one of these as a child and I loved it.

  • that poor rubbish needed some more percusive maitenence, LOL poor excuse of a toy...

  • I remember having this when I was a little kid. Good times. :)

  • I used to have this, until I was 7 years old, realised it was shit, got a PS1 and smashed the shit out of it!

  • Spanish subtitles?

  • I think I had that when I was a kid

  • why are there spanish subtitles?

  • I owned one :D ah what a great 80's era....

  • Tomy(tm) TRON Lightruner racer! Cruise around the Grid like never before!

  • I Use To Have One #LOL

  • Ah man, I loved my "driving simulator" when I was a kid. The screen was above the steering wheel AND it had working pop-up headlights!

  • I feel young, I don't remember seeing batteries THAT big.

  • Subliminal, in an unnoticeable way!

    Nice work, fellow TMBG fan.

  • She needs more oil, she's a knocking XD

  • I had one of these, awesome!

  • I think I had one of these as a toddler, but I thought it was cool just because of the fake dshboard

  • Lol "engine trouble"

  • wow i had something similar as a kid myself

  • Why do you add that "stare at the subliminal" shit?

  • @eklipsegirl Because you touch yourself at night.

  • @Digitbig I didn't ask you, I asked ashens.

  • @bayzarea925 thats not what your mom said.

  • @ThaDarrenator23 ....That was a month ago....Where the hell have you been? Sheesh, some people...

  • @bayzarea925 ive been doin your mom

  • @ThaDarrenator23 I knew you were going to say that :D Haha, you crack me up... today was a bad day, thanks!

  • Ahhh I remember these. I miss mine :<

  • 05:40 you must register to continue playing

  • "There is no interaction. There is no joy."

Dude, you're obviously thinking about this from the perspective of an unimaginative adult. This thing was my favorite toy when I was about 4-6 years old. It doesn't NEED to have meaningful interaction - a child's imagination works the rest out. Oh the games and stories my mind would create as I streamed past that parked car over and over again. Trip meter running, gasoline gauges, MPH meter, tachometer. This was a little boy's dream come true.

  • Ashens and Blendtex should merge. So all this stuff can be disposed of properly.

  • like if 7:31 scared the crap out of you!

  • I use to have this. It was my baby.

  • Seems like the kind of thing that'd be pretty impressive if it'd been released in 1972 or so when all the mechanical toys were popular. By the mid-80s when actual electronic video games were popular it was a bit dated.

  • I remember playdays!! :)

  • I can't tell you how many hours I spent in my younger days behind the wheel of one of these bad boys. Loved it. :)

  • well its just like a real car in a way =D now you have to take it to the shop ;)

  • stare into the subliminal for as long as you can.....

    WTF 0_o

  • the fuck is a jiminez

    fucking transcribe

  • I had this when I was younger :)

  • I had one of them as a kid! It was exactly the same but it was a Batmobile from the Tim Burton Batman instead of a Porsche. I pulled it apart as a kid, Grandad who bought it me was displeased :X

  • My friend had one of these, I loved it! Screen was damn repetitive though.

  • I had this as a kid. Ashens bringing back memories

  • Dont pretend it aint your favourite toy!!!!!

  • Why are my subtitles in Spanish?

  • @heavypoly6

i have them too!!weird..why do I have subtitles to begin with, let alone in spanish

  • Dude no i used to have this at my child minder's house! You can't bash this, this was a memory! :(

  • I used to have something like this, but instead of a screen it was just like a scrolling cartoon map of a street and it was top down.

  • Stare into the subliminal for as long as you can

  • To be like daddy... or get away from daddy.. hahahaha

  • HOLY COW NIPPLES! I USED TO LOVE THIS THING!!!! WHERE DO I BUY IT?!?!?!

  • holy hot dicks from hell. i totally had one of these!!!

  • omg i remember playing with this when i was young

  • Ah man, finally found it! Never knew what it was actually called, and explaining it led to similar findings...confusion!

Awesome...Back in the day, this was the shit!

  • Ah memories, had this and tomy pacman when I was a kid. Wish I had never got rid of it.

  • 04:18 He hit VTEC

  • well that's a nice effect

  • lol funny, as a kid i had one of these ... :D

  • I had one of these things when I was about 3 years old. It was my favorite thing to play with when I didn't have access to the TV our NES and Genesis were hooked up to. I don't think it could've cost much at the time here in America since my family has always seemed to have been a just few dollars away from being broke.

  • Brings back old memories, cheers mate :)

  • I had one of these as a kid, I think I broke it.

  • i used to have one of these.:0 i had totally forgot about this.

  • OMFG I remember having one in Ukraine...that thing was a lot of fun :D

  • lol, used to have this as a kid

  • WEE LOOK AT THAT oh.

  • Apparently we don't get Heinz ads in America. Apparently I'm missing out...

  • HAHA

  • no f**king way, i had this when i was a kid!

i used to sit on the living room floor and pretend i was driving a car that was fun...

  • i love the part when hes like "4th gear WEEHEE- oh...

  • I had this. I loved it although I was like 4 or 5 and had nto idea what the hell I was doing.

  • Oh man, I remember having one of these when I was like, 6 or so. The background was colored like a raceway with a formula one car though, rather than the videogame style in this one.

  • I had a ferrari racing simulator with a full size steering wheel. Yeah bitch!!!

  • Oh my god! I had that!! :D

  • Well this friggin blows. I was really hoping he'd finally show the green screen kit I sent him two years ago in the failed review section. Shipping that from Western Canada wasn't cheap y'know!

    But still a thumbs up.

  • saw it on TheChive Today thumbs u if you did to!!!

  • i stared into the subliminal for too long...

  • LOL, I had one of those, it was one of my favorite toys as a small child

  • @thepokekid01 I gotta tell you though, I don't remember mine ever being that crappy/getting stuck so much, I only remember the batteries dying all the time. But regardless for me it was a fun toy, about as good as most Tomy toys that targeted toddlers at the time. (And really isn't comparable to a video game, but more like a Fisher Price toy, like a fake Kitchen toy "simulator" and such).

  • I have now have Extra Videos on this channel. Yes this one right here.

  • @AshensExtra You have now have Extra videos? Why's the Extra capitalized? Is it because they're extra-er than normal extra? What happened to the comma in your second sentence? And why would Stuart advertise an extra channel in a video's comment section when he could just announce it?

(Still, channel seems incredibly legit. If this is a hoax, it's a good one. If it isn't, please stab me in the face with a potato.)

  • I had that omg

  • My mum actually owns a BlueChip mobile. The only reason she has it is because she has very poor eyesight and the buttons on it are rather large. It's a shame the screen isn't as clear as one would hope

  • WEEEEEE! oh, its got stuck =[

  • This review was so bad. What do you expect? Dirt 3? It was a great toy for kids at that time, don't judge it as an adult. Also when it works it works. It's not the games fault if you review a broken one.

  • @Mugrs This is Ashens, what do you expect? a serious review?

  • I think yours may had a hole or something in it that looked like another car on the road. other reviews of this thing didn't seem to have that other car to pass. not 100% sure about that though

  • give it some gas bro.

  • I HAD THE EXACT SAME ONE!!!

omg the memories! they're coming back!

It was one of my FAVORITE toys when I was a kid. Funny thing is I'd never turn it on and play with the game, I'd just have fun playing pretend with the moving gears and pieces. I'd just take the thing and plop it on the sofa armrest and pretend the whole sofa was a car. Passengers rode behind me. It was pretty sweet, and at the time I felt like such a boss.

  • pretty cool i like it if it does not gets stuck

  • its a real driving simulator and when you crash into another car or a tree your car is broken just like in real live

  • holy shit nostalgia bomb

  • Stare into the subliminal for as long as you can

  • I would play with this for hours.

  • "or get away from daddy" that was fucking funny!

  • I used to have one of those, seemed quite fun back then

  • omg i still have one of those

  • my Toyota celica acted up like this toy

  • The VX1 has been my current phone for the past year. It's smothered in scratches, and it's fallen apart more times than I care to mention. Still, unlike its predecessor (a phone costing around £40) it's definitely value for money (£10) and it's survived my careless drunken hedge-diving.

  • @bethbas Who cares?

  • @BritishGodzilla U mad?

  • i wanted one of these so badly as a kid.

  • my dear Doctor, you seem to have had bad luck, my family uses several VXIs as secondary mobiles (for, as you say, taking to places you might lose them) and all work perfectly well. the speakerphone is a bit naff (as one might expect for something that cost £12 - or £10 in our case) but overall the phone works and hey, it's disposable.

  • Looks like an addicting hypnotizing game for kids :D
